Ride The Wind: Love it, Hate it, or is it OK?

I just recently listened to the new Decade Ending theme, Ride the Wind. I thought it was an OK song, but I love the instrumental version. I really dig the latin beats to it. Gives the song an awesome tune you can listen to. So, HJU... What's your verdict on Decade's ED theme?
