Ride the Wind or Treasure Sniper?

For anyone who has heard both of these songs, which would you say is better then the other? In case you haven't heard neither, here is a Youtube video that has both songs:

I thought it's odd that a song meant to be Diend's theme would instead be used as the theme for Decade's upgrade.
