Let's see...first, you need these brushes.

First, make a banner with a black background

Next, make a new layer and use the brushes with white, but try not use the same ones more than once.

Then make a copy of the first layer and change the brushes back to default. Use the Soft Round Pixel set for coloring.

Play around with different colors on the Layer 1 copy and see which ones you want to use.

After you finish coloring, set the layer to Overlay.

After that, I switched the brush color back to white and used these technical brushes on the same layer.

Way cool, its similar to the way I used to make banners, the difference been the way you overlayed the colours, its really awesome, I never thought of doing it that way, thanks!

Ragna i'm wondering if you'd be able to make a desktop wallpaper?

If you can I kinda want it to be all his forms from growing to ultimate. Without including rising forms but amazing rising if it is possibly able to be added.
