I remember when toonami use to air robotech,votron, tenchi, outlaw star, not to mention DBZ on weekday when I was a kid ,thows were the days

It seems kind of an odd thing to do. Isn't Naruto still one of their highest rated shows? Maybe they're just rebranding it.

Toonami was way gone but some international versions of it like in the Philippines, Toonami still runs but instead of anime they show toku, just like the Philippines, which will air KR Hibiki and PROO later on via the Toonami block.

It was because of Toonami I got into internet message boards, but yeah.... that poor block died quite some time ago. Back when the people behind it started to listen to the people that hated the block instead of those that loved it.

Promos started to suck... they got rid of their trademark awesome custom openings... then they started loading it with **** anime like DICE and other stuff that just didn't belong.

From what I could tell, all the creativity and love went over to Adult Swim.
