Definately Psycho-Rangers. They look purely original compared to the A-Team...I mean A-Squad Rangers, who look like a bunch of In Space knock-offs, Black getting recolored to green (I think). Plus, they had their special abilities that made them unique. A-Squad had friggin armaments on their side.

Personally, I like Psycho Blue.
