As I said we should take this as a rumor until Disney comes out with a press release or officially says it. For a serise as famous as PR im sure Disney would come out with press release about its cancellation!

Actually I'll go with BurgundyRanger said and that was Disney will not have any sort of Press Release on PR's ending. It's not that famous, only shows like Boston Legal will get that type of treatment.

PR is just "Barney in Spandex" to the entertainment industry. Every season now has the possibility to be the finale of the series. They definatly wont promote it any differently.

Doctor Who didnt get jack all promotion when the original series ended, it went on "hiatus" until Russel T Davies, who had enough power by then, asked to bring it back if the BBC wanted his services.
