Power Rangers RPM

Oh come off it. Power Rangers is completely devoid of any insider gossip or rumours, so you have absolutely nothing to base your assumptions on.

I hate it when deranged fanboys try to make PR out to be like Heroes or Grey's Anatomy, rife with on-set drama and the like. How the frak would any of you know?

Need I remind you none of you even knew the show has new co-producers. So in all likelihood, the new EP could be a result of that.

just becuse there no news of it, dosen't mean it's not there.

Need I remind anyone that Jackie's episodes were as criticised as much as anyone elses over the last few seasons? INCLUDING "Once A Ranger"?

just becuse there no news of it, dosen't mean it's not there.

It is not that the friction is not there since this is life and in life you have your ups and downs. But rather we have no solid proof of it happening lately besides say the WGA Strike. There has been drama on PR that has been recorded and went on record

-Thuy Trang,Walter Jones and Austin St.John's exit

-The exit of David Yost

-Haim Saban's unwillingness to allow Patricia Ja Lee to get to the hospital after injuring her leg. That in which case she not only had a lawsuit filed against her for leaving work early, but the poor girl had a lingering injury that won't allow her to do a one leg kata stance.

-Ricardo Medina Jr. and the rumored run in he had with Jason David Frank on the set of Forever Red.

I could go on with the negatives, but the thing about PR lately that I have to give it credit for is that the Kiwis seem to have it together. This is not to say that the MMPR Production people didn't, but when Ninja Storm was on the air Doug wrote on the boards that the actors actually pitched in to help around the set. All the SPD interviews tells us that they were a tight knit family who worked as a well oiled machine. Of course we might not have liked what that factory put out every season, but we were not hearing of walkoffs like we heard with AJJ and DY.

PR is a special enigma.

I meant to post this here.

I say he is. The Executive Produercers for PRJF were Koichi and Bruce. It says Bonnett is the Executive for the LATEST incarnation, which is RPM.

The guy must know what he's doing, considering he was promoted to Senior Vice President awhile back.

No, he's the Senior Vice President for Original Programming, where would he find time to EP a series in New Zealand?

He's also the "programming executive in charge of development and current series" for Jetix/TD - that means he's in-charge of overlooking all the different series, and he's the guy the actual Executive Producers report to.
