The more I look at Mach...he looks more like Brightrooper with Upgrades and a paint job. And the mask within a mask makes the suit even more funnier.

Then again, we had Riderman, Super-1, GanGan G, Taiyaki Ultimate Form, and G...and I liked those designs. Maybe it's the racing stripes, but he feels more like a 6th/Auxiliary Member of a Sentai Team.

After watching the last episode, it's easy to remember that Riku Sanjo was responsible for the "masterpiece" that was M.D. Geist.

You know, I was actually one of the few people enjoying Drive. But ever since Mach appeared, headscratchers appear more often. There were some in the past, but now there are some that really doesn't make sense. Like why in blue balls does the police find the monster thing rubbish?! You would think that several witnesses in the city and the slowdown would give out alarms! I'll still watch Drive, but I really hope some things are explained and the are less headscratchers.

^ The police in Kamen Rider have become a complete joke and waste of time. You could even call them flat out insulting.

If the show is so worried about their heroes being overshadowed by law enforcement, then at the very least could it not give the impression that only the stupidest people get to put on the uniform, and work from there? Japp may not be as clever as Poirot, but he's certainly not an idiot.

We're talking about shows starring a "super" detective or law enforcement person who works alongside the "normal" police who are often left baffled by events when the hero isn't. How is it an unrealistic expectation to not have said police be seen as complete buffoons whom you'd wonder about how they ever got their jobs?

The cops in Kuuga and Agito rarely won against the monsters, but they made their best effort. You could respect them. The cops in W, Wizard and Drive are horrendous.

I agree with you. I am really tired of seeing cops be portrayed as idiots. It has been over done.
