Glad to see them return to the U.C. Time line. Now I wish they would make ova's of some of the Gundam Manga stories related to the UC time line.

Like Char's Deleted Affair, Kondo's MSG Dogs of War and The Revival of Zeon.

if the pilot is a newtype then i guess thats the only advantage he has.

and one more thing, im just saying that for me the most exciting part are the mech fights ok.. yea i know theres more to it that than just the mechs fighting but i dunno, seeing them in battle is what thrills me the most.

Speaking of which, they also did a lot of classical fights which if only with greater graphics (I understand the date of their original airings) then this would beat the new gen in terms of piloting. Man! These fights like the Char's Counterattack just brings back old memories (Although I did fragmented viewing)

The pics have been posted before, but yes, the design is pretty damn good. Although the 6 thrusters look kind of silly to me.

And i doubt we'll ever see a manga or novel side-story animated. Have they even done it before?

If they don't explain it as experimental they are doing some light canon screwing up. Look at the Units in Zeta and their thruster packs. Then again we can just assume its experimental since it doesn't look practical compared to the ones in Zeta and beyond.

as for the 6 thrusters, well, have u seen the kampfer? that thing has lots of thrusters. hehe.
