Marvel & DC Toys - Discussion Thread

If only I had the actual print banner...

Also, a friend asked me to pick up the Target-exclusive 5-pack of figures in 3.75" scale since he wanted Catwoman, and I thought I'd add pics in the off-chance anyone's interested in them.

Catwoman's actually pretty good for a figure with only 5 articulation points. Bane, however, is the very definition of a Happy Meal toy. All the figures have swivel shoulders & hips, and a ball joint head. Bruce & the Batmans have knee hinges, but that's it. Oh, Mattel.

Found these at Target this morning.

You didn't get the Skrulls?

You didn't get the Skrulls?

I did not. I actually like the Marvel Universe version much more, and these aren't movie Chitauri, so I passed.

No. I meant these:

I know exactly what you meant, that Skrull is a Comic Series figure, which I don't like as much as the Marvel Universe version from a couple years back:

And since the Comic Series Skrull isn't the Chitauri Solider from the movie,

You do work on Marvelicious Toys? That's cool, it's a good podcast. Arnie and company do great work, but I so far behind on both Marvelicious and SWAN, that I shouldn't even say I listen to them. Been Keeping up on Now Playing though.
