I mostly use my desktop because my laptop is only meant for watching DVDs. :laugh:

Laptop, I use my Macbook most of the time 'cuz I like the OS better and my desktop is only for gaming and 3d.

Laptop, and I just can't wait till someone makes laptop as easy to modify as desktops (easier methods to replace graphic cards etc.)

Both - My desktop - that I've had forever was my "work" comp.
My Laptop - used for gaming since my desktop can't support it. But in its time, I've used both the desktop and laptop for serious gaming. Ahh the good ol'e days...
