I am extremely sorry but I did not see the movie Paradise Lost. Can someone tell me if Leo is Orga or which name is Orga's?

Yuji Kiba, the Horse Orphenoc became Orga near the end of PL. Leo, played by Peter Ho was the Orphenoc with the Psyga Belt.
