Kamen Rider V3 - Talkback

Yay! Another Junko fan. Junko is my #1 female character in any Rider series or movie, ever, period, bar none.

Wait until you get to episodes #11~12, they sort of spell out exactly how things work between Kazami & Junko. And they're a crackin' good story too.

For some reasons V3 just don't grow on me =/ though I have to admit, I hated the design of V3 till I saw the V3 of The Next, probably it just wasn't made very well or he is starting to grow on me XD

Actually, the original V3 (design and series) is the most popular of the Showa Riders in Japan. It's considered the ULTRA SEVEN of the franchise; and having watched all of the Showa Riders, it's not only my favorite of the bunch, it's my favorite Henshin Hero series of the '70s.

I don't know, I just don't like him as much compared to Kuuga and Agito. Though I didn't liked the other forms of Agito, seemed random. >> Maybe it's because of how it was very straight forward through the series =/

Well, I finally got the Generation Kikaida DVD, and my god it's 10 times better than HK

Yes. Yes, it is. The awesome animated menus (and use of music)... the extras... the audio and video quality... the intelligent English subtitles (wink)... the Hiroshi Miyauchi interview... etc... etc... Generation Kikaida/JN Productions RAWKS! :buttrock:

You DON'T have to like the series; that's your opinion and you're welcome to it. With that being said, the fact of the matter (or this thread) is that V3 is the favorite Showa Rider series among Japanese fans. It was also the highest rated series (overall), and as Hiroshi Miyauchi said in 1998 at a Tokyo toy collectors show, "After V3, the ratings went down; but when Hiroshi Miyauchi returned in KAMEN RIDER X, the ratings went up. After that episode, the ratings went down again."
