Birth is a Gacha Rider.
Cell Medals are supposed to be put inside his belt.
He's able to change his arm into construction site equipment. There are 6 in total, 2 of them are Crane and Drill.
Scorpion and Crab Cell Medals are included with the toy.

ShaUTa combo's debut is in February.
The arms are equipped with whips that glows.
He has 4 legs. The legs are able to spin like the octopus can.

I really like Birth's design as well; for some reason it reminds of Shadow Moon.

More like the love child between Shadow Moon and G Den-O.

I know I've got that "meet-and-fight" idea from some other 2nd Rider(s) but I can't remember which one, LOL!

Umm...

Gills, pretty much every Ryuki Rider that wasn't Ryuki or Raia, Kaixa, Orphenoch-Delta, Chalice, Leangle, every Kabuto Rider (no seriously, all of them did this at one point), IXA, Saga, Diend, Accel for like one episode but then he mellowed out.

Birth

Looks like the gachapon chest window rumors way back in the day were spot on.

The second Rider is called Birth. Seems like he uses guns. Goto gave it to him. He's able to grow capsule from different parts of his body. Inside are special weapons. The colors are somewhat similar to Zeronos's belt.

Even so, the combo are still too dangerous and should be used as a last resort. Which is why Ankh took back the medals from Eiji.

I still think Eiji needs training to master the power besides using them as a last resort.
