Birth is kind of a cool-looking design, but a weird choice if he's supposed to be a protagonist. If he's more of an antagonist, it'll make more sense.

Eitoku is arm-Ankh. Satoshi Fujita is Mezool. The other Greeed, I don't know.

Diend is the Minecraft guy of Kamen Riders. Unorthodox and blocky. :castlerock:

I mean, seriously, how can he move so fast when he looks like legoman?

Still had a powerful final form.

Also, Birth is based of of a cake.

C-shaped visor with candle-like lights. Birth as in Birthday.

His design is cool though. I like how his shouldepads have indents. His gun has a huge hole on the bottom as well.

That's where he inserts a candroid for a special attack! Or it could also be where he inserts a coin-holding clip. (Ignore my MS paint skills)

Birth is a Gacha Rider.
Cell Medals are supposed to be put inside his belt.
He's able to change his arm into construction site equipment. There are 6 in total, 2 of them are Crane and Drill.
Scorpion and Crab Cell Medals are included with the toy.

ShaUTa combo's debut is in February.
The arms are equipped with whips that glows.
He has 4 legs. The legs are able to spin like the octopus can.

It's weird, but I like Birth's design TONS more when I look at him from the front than when I look at the 3/4 view in the first picture. I think it's the glass-y top of his head that doesn't really work for me, if the C-visor had been a bit further up it would've been a-okay.

I'm so damn happy that the arm attachments weren't meant for OOO, and it feels like Toei want OOO to become as animalistic and 'freaky' as possible, what with grasshopper legs and octopus legs
