I especially like the gazelle-like horns. Or "Diablo"-like horns; I'm playing too much Diablo 2, lol. I hope that's a movie rider, or a 1986 rider, because it looks so much like Kiva that it wouldn't be suprising if it was Kivat the First or Second.

Oh, and to note out, it only seems the chest area is sealed, and the weapon, so it seems as if releasing the chest, or breastplate, will bring forth a new form, and the releasing the weapon's chain is for the finisher, whatever it may be.

It seems so much like a Kivat relative or ancestor; or even descendant.

high chances that this guy will be the big boss in the movie..

i think the blurry pic rider will still be in the movie.. if not they won't publish it..

and how much i wish there's another rider for the series.. sighz..

I just hope he isn't another guy that Kiva will have to fight for the entire second half of the series. I miss those old campy days when the riders were allies and not Yuuto who was just really antisocial

not only Kamen Rider Arc's tall, he is also strong and fast! dude, he can fly!

Too bad he's a villain, you see he is too "badass" to be evil. "Badass" is only for the good guys. Imagine IF he's a good guy, he might end up as a janitor of sort who is the lost heir of a multi-quintillion anti-satanic enterprise. While transforming, he will throw his broom high up in the air before letting his "bat" bite him to transform. After trasforming, he will catch the broom and swing it proudly, changing it into a trident. TADA! He transfromed into Kamen Rider Arc. And yes, about Arc's running speed, they should have changed it to 1 instead of 2, so curse you Toei! JUST MY OPINION!
