Maybe it was the same church :P. Also i didnt get why Masao henshin'ed into Kiva, I was thinking each generation of Kivat henshin's into a different Kiva. *scratches head*

They aren't going to re-design a new Kiva for a 10 second apperance. Just giving Kivat new white eyes was probably a big enough task for something that short.

They reused Kouhei Takeda. I'm not surprised they reused the Kiva suit

Also not to mention they re-used the same Kivat Seiyuu for Kivat II and Kivat II appeared for more than 5 episodes.

Speaking of Kouhei Takeda, in the OZ sub that just came out, Masao said something about his name being the kanji for "correct" and "man," which was unlike his grandfather's... What did "Otoya" mean?

Heh. I just noticed that Shizuka was on the porch with Megumi, Shima and Kengo when all the guys henshined at the end. If she didn't already know Wataru was Kiva, she does now!

I first time posting here XD. It means "crimson sound" in kanji.

Kiva finale is awesome, i wish there is more Masao action.

紅 Is Crimson while 音也 is Sound... Dammit! I thought that second Kanji was Earth but it looks soooo familiar!

Yeeeeah, I wouldn't go by Order of Zeronos' subtitles. I may not know much but I understand enough know their subtitles aren't the greatest. Just watch Kuuga and you'll understand.:redface2:

Oh no, not again... we at OZ actually improved a lot since Kuuga's subbing, cos for example, in Kiva,we actually have 3 QCers to edit the script to ensure perfect English. Watch the recent episodes and you'll understand. Judging us based on the past (Kuuga subs) hardly seems fair, since OZ doesn't have official QCers in the past, unlike now.

Back on topic, Kurenai Otoya translates to 紅 音也 in Japanese kanji. 紅 is crimson, 音 (oto) means sound, and I don't think the 也 (ya) has any special meaning to it. So summarising it, yeah, his name means 'Crimson Sound', unless anyone can explain what the 也 character means.

I actually thought the subs from you guys were pretty great in the last few episodes. They seemed more like natural English and the structuring wasn't as clumsy. Definitely going to use OZ for Decade. :O
