Ok hopefully this will be good ^_^:

Name: Roxanne

Age: Appears 15, actually 122 (5 years younger than Bashaa)

Sex: Female

Race: Mermen race (Though she angrily corrects it as MerPEOPLE)

Personality: Quiet but a little gruff personality. She's manipulative in her "sweet" appearing demeanor but all for the sake of survival. She also feels that she is the last one, since she hasn't met Bashaa yet, so she's a bit too proud. Even with how rough she is, she's still very loving of her close friends.

Armored appearance: Similar to Bashaa but with distinct female form

Weapon: Rifle

Bio: Born to the ruling family of the Mermen (ahem, MerPEOPLE) race, Roxanne was less than enthused at her status. All of her "meals" were hand delivered to her, and she had everything her heart could ever desire... except freedom. She tried her hand at many of the common activities children should enjoy; however, all her attempts were thwarted by various people of the family. Her lacking enthusiasm soon grew to hatred for her own status. She began to disguise herself and sneak out at night. She'd comingle with humans, with them never being the wiser until it was too late. She developed an almost bloodlust for the 'wild' life, and was soon spending more and more time among the humans and less among her own kind.

Then, came the great Fangire genocide of all competing races. Roxanne snuck home late one evening to find their home in shambles. She rushed inside and found her father's shattered form lying in the foyer. She could do nothing but stare at it, helplessly, until she heard a shrill scream from the other room...

Rushing inside she saw her mother, writhing on the ground. She had been beaten half to death; barely able to move. She started to rush in, but was soon caught by her throat. As she strained to look at the attacker all she could make out was a blurry form with long hair, eyeglasses gleaming in the moonlight, and a symbol on the hand around her throat.

"You... you're one of the Ch-", and with that she was sent flying into the display cabinet against the wall. As she lay among the broken glass, fighting for air, she searched for a way to attack. Among the rubble was her father's treasured rifle. She watched as the figure approached her mother, trying to get enough courage to pull the trigger. She was too nervous to transform; one shot was all she had. She watched as the fangs appeared over her mother and as the came striking down into her mother's neck; she fired.

The shot barely clipped the figured shoulder, but that was all it took to piss him off. As he turned around, his eyes burning with rage, she took the rifle and ran out the back as fast as she could. She ran for what felt like hours until finally she came to a small clearing for a rice field. She paused, catching her breath, and finally allowed herself to cry.

She gathered herself and the rifle and approached local villagers. She said her family had been attacked by monsters and could they please help her hide. The villagers took one look at her matted hair, ripped clothing, and bloody body; and they immediately took pity on her. She was taken to a home where decided to live a quiet life as a human, feasting only when she needed to, and never on people from her own village.

10 years later, rumors began to circulate again of "stained glass monsters" attacking the Tokyo area. Roxanne felt her heart skip a beat. Could it be? It had to be. She finished harvesting her rice for the day and rushed back home. She was packing when her adoptive mother came in concerned, "Roxy... where on earth are you going at this hour?"

"Tokyo"

That was all her adoptive mother needed to know. "I guess I won't be able to change your mind. But wait..." She walked to the closet and opened it, digging around inside. She found a long, locked, box. She handed it to Roxanne with a kind smile, "It's kind of hard to get revenge when you don't have a weapon." Roxanne opened the box, and there it was; her father's rifle. It's emerald and golden form was still as beautiful as it ever was. She took hold of it and held it close to her side, grabbing up her suitcase as well.

"Thanks so much... for everything."

She was waved off and she took off running. She traveled for days when finally, Tokyo Tower was in view. She stood, strong and proud, gazing at the skyline.

"I'm coming for you, Checkmate Four... Especially you... Bishop."
