They seem to be basically Gaia Memories T2 (or should I say T3?). Switch on, turns into monster. Even if the monster is defeated, the Gaia, er, Zodiarts Switch doesn't break. Monster not only has to be defeated, but the Zodiarts Switch has to be deactivated.
In addition, it seems like that they can be projected and leave the body of the user. I'm not completely sure, but the Zodiarts was blown up in space and his human body was on Earth, so it seemed like that's what was going on, although I'm not sure due to Keyhole failure during that scene.

From what I gathered the user's soul/consciousness was transferred over to the Orion Zodiart, then returned to his body when the Zodiart was destroyed.

Wasn't that an awesome dance performance from Miu and her sidekicks Jun and Tamae.?
It was very cool. It reminded me of KARA.
The actors that portray the three are Sakata Rikako, Yoshikawa Maria and Fujisaki Arisa. They were practicing this dance all day, and it really showed during the filming of the scene. It was fantastic.
Yuuki, who was forced to participate in the contest, showed her love of space!!
For Yuuki's scene, we went to film at JAXA Space Center!!
Did any of you viewers recognize JAXA? Which Yuuki called amazing?
If you do, then you like Space a lot.

Today we showcased Astro Switch Number 9: Hopping!!
On the surface of the moon outside the Rabbit Hatch, adjusting the Switch was pretty neat with all the Special Effects.
Kengo says that adjusting the module is useless, but how will Gentaro use it? And what kind of module is it? Stay tuned to find out!!
Next week, we have more school drama, shining youth and amazing space!!! We are hoping people become energized by watching Fourze.

When Tomoko utters the word 'Kamen Rider' at the very end, Gentaro creates Kamen Rider Club!
Right now the only member is Yuuki, while Kengo refuses to become friends with Gentaro, only lending him the Fourze Driver to fight the Zodiarts.
As a result of Fourze being the anniversary series of Kamen Rider, the Rabbit Hutch has officially become headquarters for the Kamen Rider Club! Complete with lockers, a circular table and a lounge for people!
Kengo has a lab where he can help Gentaro, as well the place where he keeps the Astro Switches, with a grand total of 40.
There is also a Astro Scanner, where Kengo can directly adjust Fourze as he stands on the pad.
In addition to that, there are desks and the gravity controller.
Yuuki and Gentaro's scenes in space are done on a green screen where they are controlled by complex wire works!
Souta did his own stunts in the scene where is attacked! He trained before alone, and then on the day of the shoot, Sakamoto personally helped Souta through the fight scenes!!!

Apparently, Zodiarts can be used a limited amount of times before the switch itself yells 'Last One' and when the person uses it after the Switch says that, he is ejected from the Zodiart, while the monster itself runs free.

It could be every use has the Zodiart monster running free from the user, seeing as how the first episode has Fourze drilling the Zodiart, yet it seems that Muira (is that his name?) was fine this episode.
