Maybe its just a random thing, I've seen it many times in Kamen Rider mostly when they're about to do their Rider Kicks and whatnot. Examples like Kuuga Amazing Mighty and Ichigo from KR: The First or V3 from KR: The Next (right before he does his Hanten Kick).

Speaking of eyes, has anyone realized that recent KR eyes have changed lately since OOO? They've become slightly slanted instead of being a whole-round shape.

Kiva's & Decade's were different too.

One thing about glowing up portions in suits is that they get incredibly hot incredibly fast. Takaiwa mentioned on behind the scenes talks during Decade that the glowing Faiz suits got incredibly hot and it was hard to have a prolonged fight scene in it. In addition to that, they had a hard time getting the suit and Faiz Edge to light up so it's probably why they didn't use it that often, as cool as the glowing Photon Streams were.

So, it's not that they can't, it's just incredibly taxing on the staff and Takaiwa. I do like Fourze's glowing eyes though.

Wow. I guess after Kougami our new obsession here is Yuuki. I am okay with that :thumbs up:

It's kinda cool now that Kamen Rider's eyes can glow on its own instead of using the CGI after the henshin.

I don't know. We already have american influenced students in a Japanese High School so, why not?
