Mach...gets Chase's powers? It sounds like its not just a Signal Change but a completely new form.

Maybe Chase gets a Mach Driver too. We'll see.

I think the "Chaser Mach" form has something to do with that symmetrical Mashin Chaser. That's the only thing I can come up with right now.
Also I find it interesting that the driver recognizes Deadheat as both a Shift Car and Signal Bike.

The relationship between the three is getting more and more interesting

From Tokusatsu Network:
Episode 13: Why My Younger Brother Has No Brake
Writer: Riku Sanjo
Director: Ishida Hidenori
Kiriko cannot believe that her brother, Gou, is Kamen Rider Mach. This sets off yet another quarrel with Shinnosuke and Mr. Belt is caught in the middle while Gou is left quite amused by the scene.
Elsewhere, a gang of 3 robbers equipped with “Thick Air†triggering bracelets makes an appearance. Someone is selling those bracelets and Shinnosuke launches an investigation. Gou also joins, saying he’ll use methods the police have no access to.

Theres another video on Youtube regarding this "Chaser" Signal Bike. The LED on the Mach Driver turns purple when inserted.

I think that at some point, Chaser and Mach will share their powers with each other, resulting in these transformations.

There are rumors going around that Chase will eventually obtain his own Mach Driver and transform using this Chaser Signal Bike. Apparently it will be that new Mashin Chaser form that was teased from the magazine toy schedule a while back. He will then truly become a Kamen Rider.

I'm guessing you got that from the kamenriderdrive tumblr... Those aren't rumours, those are just theories.
