But I saw one episode of Goseiger and dropped it. GoseiRed looks like a woman...moreso than Philip.

I try not to watch Sentai in general. I blame the Megazords and Oversized weapons. I did watch Shinkenger though.

I doubt Renn Kiriyama would come back for a V-Cinema special, so unless they go right back and cast a younger actor to play him as a teen, we probably won't find out any more about Shotaro. I think the idea with him is that he is the most "normal" of the main characters, so unlike Philip, Akiko and Terui (who have family issues) we don't hear about his family simply because they're not noteworthy

man that would suck so much if Renn doesnt reprise his role for future W stuff. same with Masaki. i was looking forward to seeing Takamasa reprise his role for Ryuki during Decade but nooo. everything in it was a alternate reality plus Takamasa retired from acting or so i heard

That..would be odd if he did cause I thought Takamasa and the actor for Gorou did a movie together of some sort recently.

ahh, i heard two different stories about Takamasa; one was that he retired from acting and the other was he declined to reprise his role as shinji due to lack of interest or something else. i guess he didnt retire. a shame he didnt reprise his role

Given how quickly Toei's putting out the V-Cinemas, their chances of getting Kiriyama are probably not bad right now. The difficulty will be, as with Den-O, once Double is a few years old and Kiriyama has had sufficient time to move on to other substantial projects.
