You know if Phillip dies he can always come back. Considering he's not really human and he can move his mind to other spots it's not a big stretch to have him revived sometime later.

Total shot in the dark, but what if instead just filling in for Philip the Fang Memory/Gadget actually holds whatever remains of him? That way it could lead to a push in the story to actually figuring out the mystery behind Philip and the Gaia Memories. But in regards to the second rider is it just me or does anyone get the feeling that he is going to end up doing the whole complex calculation gimmick as his finisher.

And on a more tangential note, does anyone want Kirihiko/Nazca to end up being an evil rider, I mean his obsessive nature towards Double could drive him to trying to become a rider. Also that increase in power (provided by a pure Gaia Memory) could allow him to beat the Sonozakis.

We don't need more Riders. Why can't Kirihara just be a regular villain/anti-hero - type character? Why does everyone have to be a Rider?

It sounds like Philip was prepared for something like this, thus the Fang Memory. As for the new Rider, he will be like W was before Philip's death.

It's been a tradition ever since Agito to have more than just one Rider.

Kirihara? :anime: I'd prefer him to stay as a Dopant but he might want to be a Rider instead. He's supposed to be overthrowing Sonozaki Sr, and the Gaia Memories were Sonozaki's thing, also Sonozaki was very clear that he didn't think Kirihiko good enough for the Nazca Memory. But having two Riders, and several different forms for Double, is more than enough.
