It was shown in the 徹底解剖SP of the Kamen Rider W movie. 徹底解剖SP basically means "complete analysis special" They talk about different movies, this one aired before Goseiger started. There's a medal rolling and hits Double's foot. They pick it up and Shotaro says "What is this?"

I hope in the final Terui dies and passes his memory on to Shotaro so him and Philip can use W ultimate power. Probably won't happen because we would of heard about it by now.

I doubt Terui would die, but CAX would be useless to Shotaro and Philip. It's fueled by hatred and its not even the strongest form of Double anymore.

Wasn't that the whole point of Decade? Destroy everything, connect everything! All the worlds used to be seperate, but now they've all merged. The last world Decade travelled to is in fact the same world W and OOO are set in, as seen in Kamen Rider Decade and Double: Movie War, where Decade and Double met.
