I don't think she's going to. I'd be willing to bet a nice crisp $5 bill that this arc ends with Wakana going insane and getting killed.

Wakana struck me as tragically doomed from the beginning, and what she's going through now is pretty tragic. Also likely to end in doom.

(This said, I'd have a lot of respect for the show if it came up with a plausible way to save her.)

Same idea for me, that her death might be Philip's motivation in the finale, though Claydoll does have the ability to resurrect... :shakefist

this is true but knowing the staff they can easily fix that issue...

You're probably right, the staff will magically come up with an angle where something that happened to Wakana's Gaia Memory causes the abilities to malfunction, either become really strong or gone (probably increase in her firepower but at the cost of losing her regenerative capabilities?).

Yup. She does have that. But maybe they can kill her before she started to use her Gaia Memory.

Given that Clay Doll will keep resurrecting a user, I wonder if Memory Breaking it could cause her to die for realz? It seems at some point Wakana could end up in a state where only the Memory's power is keeping her alive, but the Memory is also making her life an hellish pit of insanity.

That'd be some good tragedy. Dunno if W would really go there, though.
