Narutaki is Really Natsumi's dad.

Indeed. This was my guess long ago in the Decade rumor thread. Narutaki is too concerned with Natsumi for him not to be related.

I'm guessing though that not only is she related to Narutaki, but she's also related to Grandpa/Shinigami. The son realizes this is not what he wants for his family, so he attempts to break away, only to find that his father has kept his daughter.

I've been wondering how Natsumi is going to feel finding out that Grandpa is really Dr. Shinigami. Remember what happened in the Nega World. But at least it explains why the photo studio can travel between worlds, due to it being a Dai-Shocker device.

- It would be plenty more epic if Medicom/RAH finally released all the other Kamen Riders they hadn't put out yet, like Faiz, etc...Imagine that line done in 1/6 scale?
