It's funny how people can just eat everything that TOEI feeds them.

The recast does not make any sense. You are just rationalizing your own bizzare theories.

There's no budget? Give me a break. Most of the old actors, with the exception of some, are willing to come back. Some are still doing Tokusatsu show (and have done cameos for KR series and movies) and some are frequently featured in Tokusatsu related magazines speaking of their Rider roles even if it were 5-6 years ago.

And of course we gotten characters/actors to come back for Decade. Do you really think they paid a whole lot (or even a single yen) for the Hopper cameos? Do you really think it is cheap for them to hire a whole bunch of new actors too (seeing how it averages 4-5, a lot more than previous series)? And that's the whole point of this being a 30 episode series (but that is still debatable). Inoue said that will allow them to put more into one episode than previous series. So I doubt it is a financial issue.

There's obviously some problem if they can get some but not the others. If this series is intentionally recasting everyone and that they intended every thing as reimagined then what is up with the non-recasts (kaixa and hoppers)? The show has just been poorly planned out and a poor excuse to celebrate a decade of Heisei.

I've heard these arguments before stuff like "maybe some are not willing to come back", but TOEI can easily pick and choose (which is what they are doing now). You can have Kenta Handa come back and he is the only guy in the Faiz universe, the whole "world's" are distorted anyways so what's wrong with that. Also for Ryuki's world they only really needed 2-3 of the original riders, probably Ryouhei would return and stuff like that.

I don't mind the re-writes but the recasts are the problem. I was pretty sure most of you were hoping they all came back (and most of you expected them to come back when news of Decade were released back in fall 08). I didn't think most of us expected the recasts...

It is just funny to me that some of you can just accept all the crazy thing TOEI does and then help legitimize their stupidity.
