Besides that, the two riders are probably the same, because Decade also has two forms. (I don't know if DiEnd will have one, but i don't think so, he's overpowered as it is.) And his name may be Crisis , because of the DCD thing.

They don't look anything like each other, so I don't think they're a duo. If I had to guess, one is another transforming/summoning Rider like Decade and the one without codebars just fights with his own power. Of course, the picture could be just fake too.

Yea DCD really means Data Card Dass but it is the machine, it also means Decade. On the title logo of Decade it is not written as "Decade" but DCD. Hence the Decade Crisis DiEnd thing.
