That Undead is called Paradoxa Undead several times in that scan and right above the Diend picture, there's something about how Paradoxa can transform/henshin.

People just don't notice this and it bothers the heck outta me when they don't pay attention. That's the Joker fight Ryuki-Decade. next to that picture you see Blade's sword on top of another monster's head, That is Paradoxa Undead.

Ok... but Paradoxa is also mentioned right between the Kamen Rider Abyss name and the Abyss picture, so he might really appear in the Ryuki world.

I'm confused. Why? I thought the new Rider DIEND is the second rider and transform into second riders from the past like Decade and the firist riders. But he's a thrid rider can transform into thrid riders? I was hoping for second rider cards to transform into Kamen Rider G3, KNIGHT, KAIXA, GARREN, IBUKI, GATACK, ZERONOS and IXA.

Diend seemingly transforms into evil Riders that aren't part of the main villain group of the series, not second or third Riders.
His confirmed cards are Kaixa (secondary Rider from Faiz), Ouja (who isn't even the third Rider from Ryuki, but the fourth or fifth) and now Rey (movie-only).
The main Riders are always heroes, but the nature of the second Rider changes in every season, so a single Rider turning into them just because they're the secondary Rider doesn't make much sense thematically.
