No, he's a different character completely, from an alternate universe.



And, about the summary, it seems Tsukasa/Decade is the man whose picture got taken. Hopefully a more detailed summary will appear soon.

His question was if this was Godai Yuuske as Kuuga, just played by another actor. It isn't- it's another character that gets Kuuga in this parallel universe.


There's a chance that the show is trying to establish that all (or most) of the hesei rider series happened in the same universe:

Kuuga and Agito are in the same world.

Ryuki never happened, so it doesn't conflict with anything.

Blade, Faiz, and Hibiki, Den-O and Kiva can fit into the universe.

Kabuto can be in the future of the "Decade" Dimension.



I say this, only because the riders that seem to be showing up in Decade are alternity versions of the ones we know.


Onodera Yuuske will be Kuuga, Wataru may be Kabuto- etc.

Sato, who plays Ai, was in Ryukendo!
