This could be a really good thing or really bad thing. In the last 20 episodes the writers will do a mad dash to fill Decade with something resembling a story.

Or they write the plot into the 30 episodes but still focuses abit on the other riders and then the last 20 bring the plot out.

Considering that the 2nd rider will have to be in by around 25, I doubt the first 30 will only focus on the 10 hesei riders, especially if they have to go back and explain the secondary riders too.

But it's sounding really interesting.

No, no. Think Den-O/Kiva. Both did 2 episodes per form. Apply that to Riders. If each Rider gets 2 episodes, with two to setup the whole shebang in the beginning, that'll take us to episode 20. New Rider at 21. New bad guy at 23-25. Decade gets owned, new form at 25-27. Etc...

Again, this is all theory based on what's gone before. May not happen this way at all.

Yeah, but it's mostly theory. If they're smart, Rider 2 will pop up around 10 or so.
