Plot: In the resort town of Ocean City, every day seems to be a perpetual holiday for both tourists and workers alike. People from all over the world -- both from faraway lands and adjacent cities -- gather to Ocean City to get away from it all and soak up the sun from both the beach and the pools in the various hotels built to serve the thousands of tourists that come to the city each month.
However, among the bikini-clad bodies that can be found roaming about all over the city, beings known as Undead began to roam about behind the shadows of the fancy hotels, targeting both the people who live in the area, as well as the tourists. While at first business went on as usual for the city, the Undead eventually made their mark on the resort town as more tourists disappeared due to the attacks, causing other tourists to leave town to spend their vacations elsewhere. Because of this, an affluent investor named Kimihiro Matsuda, who had been researching the Undead, set-up shop underground and gathered a few people in the area to utilize three Rider systems he created to combat the threat of the Undead -- systems that utilize the powers of the very same Undead they were designed to defeat.
Though such a task is inherently hazardous, the team would soon find that things would become more complicated due to a second team of Riders who are also targeting the same Undead. And in the very same shadows, a fearsome Undead stood sentry, waiting for the right moment to strike...

Bio: Born into a well-to-do family in Japan, Natsu had pretty much lived her life as normally as possible, not once dreaming that she would become a hero that would protect the lives of so many people. Though not really as rich as Japan's wealthy elite, Natsu and her family did well enough to be able to head for Ocean City for a vacation whenever Natsu finished school for the year. Because of those periodic visits, Natsu fell in love with the resort town, desiring to one day work in one of the hotels in the city, if not for the fact that the waitresses wore uniforms she thought were "cute".
Growing up to be an attractive young woman, Natsu did her best to finish schooling with flying colors. Upon graduating from High School, instead of going to college like many of her peers, Natsu bid farewell to her parents as she embarked on a journey for the festive town, hoping to find employment at one of the hotels in the area. Fortunately for the pink-haired young woman, one of the hotels did hire new waitresses in order to replace those who had retired or moved on to other places. Though nervous at first due to the stringent criteria required to become a waitress, Natsu was able to breathe a sigh of relief upon learning that she got accepted, due to her figure, as well as her disarming smile while performing the tasks asked of her during the test.
Natsu has since performed her duties in the hotel with fervor, serving drinks to both adults and children, as the hotel did cater to families. One day, however, her world began to change, as she would encounter a handsome young man sunning himself by one of the patio chairs in the pool area. While giving the young man his drink -- a glass of cranberry juice -- the young man would introduce himself as Kimihiro Matsuda, and immediately expressed his interest on her. Thinking that Kimihiro was flirting with her, she listened intently to his invitation for her to come with him after she got off of work, blushing somewhat due to the young man's good looks and charming words.
Surely enough, upon getting off of work, Natsu went along with the young man, still thinking that she was on a date with an affluent young man from Japan. However, such notions began to fade ever so slowly, as the limousine brought her away from the festive town, and into a rarely-traveled road that ran ever so deeper into an adjacent forest. She would then discover with amazement that the limo would emerge out of the paved forest road, and into a strange compound. With so many questions in her mind wanting to be answered, she reluctantly followed the young man into the building, only to find that his interest in her was in regards to a team of warriors he was building to counter a rising threat in Ocean City known as Undead -- humanoid monsters that can only be defeated by sealing them in special cards. The Warriors, which Kimihiro referred to as Kamen Riders, would utilize the powers of the Undead through the cards they collect. Embarrassed and somewhat angry, Natsu tried to downplay the whole Undead threat and storm out of the building, thinking that the man she had a crush on was nothing more than a jerk. However, the next thing Kimihiro would show her would cause her to change her mind, as he would then show the young woman that the Undead, if left unchecked, would transform Ocean City into a ghost town filled with death and Desolation. Not wanting to see the city she loves into a city of Despair, she would then accept Kimihiro's offer to become one of the Riders, not caring about the fact that she had no experience fighting whatsoever.
Since then, Natsu had trained hard in fighting, honing her skills with polearm weapons in order to continually sharpen her skills with the Leangle Rouzer, the weapon associated with her chosen Rider System. Though she still dons her uniform with glee, Natsu hopes to be able to run a hotel of her own as well, and as such made plans to return to Japan to take classes in hotel and restaurant management as soon as the fighting ends. She would also have a hostile rivalry with Lance, if not for the fact that Kamen Rider Lance is also a lance-user.
