Not a "wrinkly old sack." I happen to be 29 years old, thank you very much. :laugh: And it's us "wrinkly old sacks" who put Sentai on the map in the first place. Without us, you wouldn't be having your recent sentai shows.

Besides, the world doesn't exactly revolve around you just because you're younger than us.

The classic series do have interesting dynamics. Less flashy but there are merits to having no sixth and not being merchadise driven. But I was born midway through Kakuranger to show my age. My first Super Sentai experience was GoGoV via Lightspeed Rescue (I squeed) and I didn't actually watch SS until Go-Onger.

We have got our All Yellow. Considering 43 had All Green, its safe to assume Joe's next spotlight will also have an All Blue. Don't ask me about All Black.

I only enjoy the tributes as long as they're used to further develop the Gokaigers.

Eh. The main five Gokaigers are cardboard cut-outs and that's not gonna be fixed in eight episodes. To hell with 'em, I want more guest stars.

That way, they won't take spotlight off the current team.

Except they almost always do. With few exceptions, the guest stars usually out-act and out-fight the Gokaiger cas[ to such an astonishing degree that they become more compelling characters. Heck, Yellow Lion even did more to give dramatic weight to the Barizorg subplot than Joe ever did.

^ And I wonder if the Gokaiger cast will have to do a Gokaiger Returns, too.

There's something wrong with the universe if Gokaiger doesn't merit a Returns special after Goseiger somehow did. AFAIK, Gokaiger certainly hasn't sold any worse on home video.

I have to disagree since right now they're pretty much well developed. Orginally they only cared about finding the treasure and had no interest in protecting Earth or it's people. But now they're more willing to fight for it. Since they know what Zangyack is capable of. Which is why they're pirates in name only.

As much as I agree with you, if the Gokaiger don't end up getting a Returns Special.............do remember that they are also one of the major characters in the upcoming Rider VS. Sentai crossover movie involving Kamen Rider Decade this May.

The ratings for Goseiger also weren't that much lower than Shinkenger. While the difference between Goseiger and Gokaiger is more or less the same as Shinkenger and Goseiger, I imagine Gokaiger's low average won't do much to make Toei want to make a Returns special. Wasn't the Goseiger one supposedly done rather begrudgingly?
