I loved Kamen Rider Kiva. It's one of my favorite KR series. Sure, time travel is not necessary but it sorta of worked.

I admited that Wataru was completely pussy till in the middle of the show, he became badass.

Wataru is fucking awesome and badass. He appeared in Decade episode 1 and 31. FUCKING BADASS.

Otoya was awesome as Kamen Rider IXA. :buttrock: I will never forget how awesome Dark Kiva powerful was. The powerful evil king and Taiga were both badass as Dark Kiva.

One thing I hated in Kiva.... Wataru used Emperor Form too much. It has been overused! Thanks goodness, there is no Emperor Form in Decade series!

As for ending at the final episode, DAMMIT! C'mon! Make a new Kiva movie!

Coming from someone whose last name IS actually "Cullen" and who is having a Kiva wedding... DO NOT lump Kiva in with that trite

To bad that it DOES become as bad as Twilight with the whole WataruXMioXTaiga nonsense. It was so horribly written and just filled with nonsense that I think I'd rather deal with a Mexican soap opera than that.

And I love Kiva, actually. It's my third favorite Heisei Rider series for just how awesome the 1980 storyline was. And really, it even had a WELL-WRITTEN love triangle (two actually).

It's like they poured all the good writing into the OtoyaXYuriXJiro (and later Maya replaces Jiro) triangle and just left the "Wataru, kill your brother" crap to fend for itself. Now, I wouldn't mind this, but that actually was so horridly written and on Twilight levels of bad romance that it actually KILLED the series for a lot of people. Kiva carries the stigma of being "Kamen Rider Twiligiht" JUST because of that love triangle alone.

And I don't blame them one bit.

No, well, I'm not gonna say it was written superbly. However I cannot have anyone compare to Twilight. There was no Vampire/Werewolf love bullcrap. There are no gay vampires (Edward isn't gay, but you all know what I mean ) And they milked some good angles to make it intertesting (Brothers, "for the title of King", Arranged Marriage). Especially more interesting then Twilight. Sorry if I seem like I'm nitpicking. But it pains me for this to be compared to Twlight in any way :170:
