Is this ebay Seller reliable?

I saw some bargain on SH Figuarts KR DiEnd on eBay last night.
You can get one for $35 shipped.

I'm pretty tempted to buy it since it's cheap but I would like to take some of your views about this matter.
Have anyone of you ordered from an ebay store named Figure House 99?

The best thing you can do when dealing with eBay purchases is to take it upon yourself to research the sellers you deal with. Look at the seller's approval rating as well as the feedback comments that were received from previous buyers. You want to see if there is a pattern/reasons why the seller keeps getting negative/neutral comments instead of positive ones. Obviously, a seller that has a higher approval rating and fewer negative/neutral feedback comments will tend to be more trustworthy. In the end, after you have looked over the seller's profile, you have to decide if you're comfortable in dealing with him/her.
