Yeah there was quite a bit of gundam wing references this episode to the point where I was surprised that the Fenice didn't self destruct at the end.

I kept on waiting for Fellini to say "Mission accepted", since "I'll kill you" would be too out of character for him :laugh:

Yep. It's Takeshi Iori.

Seeing as this takes place far into the future…I could see Haru being his great ancestor or something.

Something tells me that Exia Dark Matter is a remold version of Gundam Exia for HG with still some lack of motilities on the waist and the leg parts with the ball joints not in 00 ver., AGE ver., or even Build Strike's version to do the splits.
