MT. FUJI, JAPAN
Several red reptile-humanoids were walking through the famous Aokigahara forest at the foot of Mt. Fuji. They were all called Ryuuhito, and all looked the same, except for their leader who had more human facial features, two horns at the sides of his head and three large jaws on his shoulders and chest.
"待って! ジャリュウ一族!" shouted a voice from afar. The group stopped and turned as a red spandex-clad warrior ran towards them, with a long mainly-white blade as his weapon.
[Translation: "Stop! Jaryuu Clan!"]
"やっぱりな, 今もって...サージェスが障るだ!" the leader of the clan said.
[Translation: "As expected, Sargess still interferes!"]
"だって俺はプレシャスに守るが正義の戦士だ!" the red warrior shouted. "熱き冒険者!" he raised his blade into the air and struck it down. "ボウケンレッド!"
[Translation: "Because I'm a warrior of justice who protects the Precious! Burning Adventurer, BoukenRed!"]
"熱き冒険者..." the Jaryuu leader muttered, then drew his two swords.
[Translation: "Burning Adventurer..."]
"リュウオン, 君たちの計は..此処で終止だ!" BoukenRed said, and began running towards Ryuuwon with his weapon.
[Translation: "Ryuuwon, your plans end here!"
"ただ.. 私言うの時だ!" Ryuuwon exclaimed and lunged at BoukenRed with both his swords.
[Translation: "Only when I say so!"]
"Surviblade!" BoukenRed supported the blade with his left hand, and directed the entire length of the weapon at Ryuuwon's face. The evil warrior blocked the Surviblade with his two swords, and pushed BoukenRed backwards, throwing him into the snow. BoukenRed recovered and dodged as Ryuuwon laid a strike down on him.
"速いがおまえ?" Ryuuwon teased. "テイクデース!" he shouted in English, and attempted another slash. This time he tricked BoukenRed into dodging into one direction, and managed to execute a vertical slash on his suit. Sparks flew as BoukenRed was thrown off by the impact. He landed next to his Surviblade.
[Translation: "Fast aren't you? Take this!"]
"長々じゃない!" BoukenRed muttered, picking up his Surviblade. "Bouken Bo!" he holstered the Surviblade and stretched out his right hand in front of him, as the headlights on his helmet shone a red light, materializing a rod with a grapple arm in his hand.
[Translation: "Not long enough!"]
"Hm," Ryuuwon looked on, interested in the new development of his opponent.
"This had better work.." BoukenRed said to himself, and swung the rod and slammed its end into the ground. "Haaarrrrgh!" he grabbed the other end of the rod with his left hand, and ran towards Ryuuwon as he growled. A blade popped out of the Bouken Bo, converting it into the Bouken Javelin.
BoukenRed and Ryuuwon ran towards and swung their weapons at each other. Both weapons clashed as BoukenRed spun around to attack with the other end of his rod. Ryuuwon anticipated and pushed away BoukenRed's attack, then held on to his weapons and forced him backwards with his strength.
BoukenRed broke hold of Ryuuwon's weight, but the Creator King smacked both his swords onto BoukenRed's shoulders and elbowed his helmet. Ryuuwon then crossed his swords and laid attack on his distracted opponent.
"Argh!" Sparks flew from BoukenRed's suit as he was flung off the edge of a cliff.
"Hahaha.." Ryuuwon laughed. "馬鹿な..." he muttered, looking off at the edge as BoukenRed plunged into a pile of snow. "行け!" he shouted to the Ryuuhito, as they left and continued on their hunt.
[Translation: "Hahaha... What a fool.. Let's go!"]
A human hand stretched out from the pile of snow, as a young man, with a small trail of bleeding from his mouth, crawled out, visibly injured. He wore a khaki jacket with a high collar, camo pattern and red patches on the sides and underneath the arms. The words 'Search Guard Successor', in maroon print, were visible on the back of the jacket. It also had an arm pouch on its left upper sleeve.
The man took out a small black, silver and red device from the arm pouch, and pressed a button on it. The device resembled a cellphone.
"GPS and Communications Not Avaliable." was displayed on the LCD screen of the device.
"Bastard!" he thumped the snowy floor angrily with his right fist and stood up weakly. He looked up and saw the Jaryuu moving away, victorious.

PARIS, FRANCE
Three short, sharp ringing sounds burst through what appeared to be a small service apartment with the Eiffel Tower visible a distance away from the window. The ringing continued, repeating itself several times. There was a jacket thrown on the back rest of a chair, which resembled the red jacket from earlier, but it had blue patches only on the left side and sleeve of the jacket. It also had the words 'Search Guard Successor', again in blue print, on the back.
A digital alarm clock on the bedside table displayed 11:43AM, as a hand crawled out lazily from the bed next to it and banged hard on the clock, attempting to stop the ringing. However, it still continued.
"Damn it," cursed the person under the sheets. He threw off the blanket, sat up and reached for the same black, silver and red device next to the alarm clock. He pressed a button on the device and the ringing stopped.
"What have you been doing Yong?" a voice came from the device as a Caucasian man appeared on the screen.
"Sleeping," Boon Yong replied, yawning. He ran his fingers quickly through his hair, pushing back his long fringe. "What's up?"
"Sleeping? Alone or with someone else?" the Caucasian man probed further, in a joking manner.
"Nope, I haven't been wasting around since the last mission," he replied,
"We have an assignment for you," the man said.
"Again?" he frowned. "Come on Henri, I'm a little worn out from yesterday's mission. Why do you think I slept so.."
"Enough of your nonsense," Henri interrupted his sentence. "You're being posted back to Singapore permanently."
"Wah?" Boon Yong was shocked. "Can you repeat that again?"
"You are going back home my friend," Henri smiled. "Something you've always looked forward for."
"But why?"
"What's the matter?" Henri asked. "Haven't you always wanted to return back to Singapore?"
"I still haven't regained my Singlish-speaking powers after all this time in Europe," Boon Yong said.
"It's okay lah," Henri laughed, in the Singlish slang. "This assignment is an important one."

"You'll be meeting up with the other four coloured Agents who have been doing the same job as you, only in different regions," an African-American man said, as a young Malay woman looked on at the files presented to her. She was wearing a jacket similar to the previous two guys', but with pink patches.

"I've worked with this Firdaus guy before," the woman said. Her name was Nabila, and she was wearing a pink jacket similar to the previous two.
"I know you have," the man replied. His name was Jeffrey Richards, and he was in charge of Sargess America. "I heard there was some tension?"
"Well J, you know," she shrugged. "I can't stand arrogance when it comes to work."
"Yes, yes Lala, I know," Jeffrey replied. "I can understand, but you will have to learn to work with him eventually."
"Hopefully I'll be able to.." Nabila looked away. "Is there anyone else I know?"
"Well, there's Black, Blue, Red.."
"Okay.." she flashed a smile. "I know him," she said. "He's very professional.. But Red, Blue, Black.. They're all guys!"
"Don't worry, there's Yellow.." Jeffrey said. "There's a history of Yellow being worn by guys.."
"I hope Yellow won't be a guy though.." she sighed.
"You'll set off later tonight and arrive back in Singapore early in the morning," Jeffrey informed her. "Anyway, here's your new Accellular," he said, picking up the same black, red and silver device from the earlier two scenes. He threw the device towards her.
"I'm sorry for losing the older one," Nabila laughed, catching the device from. "I couldn't save it from dropping into the underwater crevice."
"Anytime," Jeffrey shrugged. "I'll go give GoGo Marine a last round of checks before it's ready for you," he said, turning around and heading past a door, which led to a small control room overlooking a large pool filled with submarines. Nabila followed after him.

"Yeahhh!!!" a Chinese girl screamed at the top of her voice as she stepped out of a large door to a grand entrance of a prestigious university.

"Easy Kim," a Caucasian friend of hers patted her on the shoulder. "Vacation might have come but you need not get so excited!"
"This is the first time I'll not be going away!" Kim shouted in joy. She skipped out of the foyer and into the large garden, hopping cheerfully towards the gate. A sharp, digital ringing sound pierced through the surroundings.
"That weird cell of yours is ringing again!" one of her friends shouted to her.
"Oh no.." Kim's facial expression changed as she stopped and reached into her right jeans pocket, pulling out an Accellular. She flipped open the top screen and pressed the device on her right ear. "Hmm?" she asked. "Hmm.. Hmm hm.." she mumbled, nodding. "Bye," she then put down her phone.
"So?" her friends ran up to her. "Are you staying or going?"
"Looks like I'll be going.." Kim sighed, as her friends followed suit. "Back to SINGAPORE!!!" she exclaimed, in a joyous manner. She looked into her sling bag, as the words SEARCH GUARD SUCCESSOR became visible on what appeared to be a khaki jacket with yellow patches.

A FEW DAYS LATER...
CLARKE QUAY, SINGAPORE
Two headlights shone brightly on the surface of the road, as a sleek, black BMW convertible drove up outside a pub, drawing stares from the people commuting around the area. A young Malay man, in a trendy black suit, hopped out of the vehicle, and whizzed into the pub. It was a smoke-free pub and everyone was either drinking, chatting or playing billiards and cards.
"Hmm.." he focused his attention on two men who appeared to be in the midst of a poker game. His facial expression changed as soon as he saw a wooden scroll on the table. "Could that be?" he discreetly took out an Accellular of his own and pressed a button, shining an invisible black ray onto the scroll. Two bright red numbers appeared on the screen of the Accellular, counting up until a final result of 132 appeared on its screen. "Precious.." he muttered under his breath.
"Wins the pot!" the croupier said, and passed the wooden scroll to the winner.
"No, no, no," the young Malay man said, stepping up to the gambling table.
"What the?" the human identity of BoukenRed, Basil, was watching from the roof of the shophouse opposite the pub, with a single lens, cylindrical binoculars called the Scope Shot. He was wearing a denim jacket with a white round-neck T-shirt inside.
"You people are all so damn blind," the Malay man said, pushing the winner's hand upwards. A few cards dropped out from his sleeve as the winner was caught offguard. "He was cheating right under your noses!" The cheater was shocked, so was the people around him. An array of jeering broke out around the table.
The young Malay man grabbed the cheater's wrist to stop him from escaping, and he grabbed the wooden scroll from his hand.
"So the scroll rightfully belongs to me!" the other player said, and reached out to receive the scroll.
"Actually, I was thinking of keeping it for myself," the Malay man said. He grabbed the scroll and somersaulted over the card table. He made his way towards the exit.
"Stop right there!" a man from the bar counter, who observed the commotion, shouted. He threw a card at the Malay man, which struck the wall and remained in it. The card was peculiar-looking, consisting of a heart with a praying mantis in centre of it.
The Malay man ran out of the pub from the back door, pulled out his own Scope Shot and ejected a grappling hook from it. The hook caught onto the hedge of an open window and he was lifted off the ground. As the hook reeled towards the window, a sharp blade cut through the tensile strength metal braided steel rope. The Malay man fell to the ground, dropping the wooden scroll. Basil landed on the ground on his feet, and put away his Scope Shot.
"I don't wish to hurt you," Basil said. "Just hand over the Precious." he stretched his right hand outwards.
"You're not getting it easily!" the Malay man jumped to his feet, grabbed the wooden scroll and pushed Basil backwards. The latter fell to the ground, allowing the Malay man to run away.
"Stop!" he sat up, turned around and pulled out his Scope Shot. He pressed a button as a the grappling hook shot out and curled itself around the fleeing man's left leg and stopped retracting, forcing him to fall face flat on the ground, the impact of the fall depending on his running speed at that moment.
"You.." the Malay man growled, unpleased, getting up. He pulled off his jacket and rolled up his shirt sleeves.
"This is your last chance," Basil said, getting up and throwing off his denim jacket. The white T-shirt he was wearing bore the Sargess logo. "Just hand the scroll over."
"Sargess?" the Malay man spoke.
"I'm glad you know about Sargess," his adversary spoke again. "Our mission is to protect the Precious from the wrong hands."
"Wait, I'm from Sargess too!" the Malay man shouted, raising his hand in defence. A sudden burst of laser broke through the street lamp and cut out the light in the alley, darkening it.
Three coloured costumed figures ran into the alley. They wore blue, pink and yellow respectively, and were holding Survibusters.
"Don't move, Negative Syndicate..." the Blue member pointed
"It's you!" the Malay man recognised the Pink member.
"Black, Red!" BoukenPink exclaimed, recognising the two men. She stopped aiming and pointed her Survibuster upwards. "Instead of meeting up with us, you guys got into a fight? Whatever for?"
"Black?" Basil was confused, and looked towards the Malay man. The other two Boukengers holstered their Survibusters.
"Red?" the Malay man was just as confused.
"Black and Red? These guys are our team-mates?" BoukenYellow asked, to which BoukenPink nodded in reply. "My name's Kim!" BoukenYellow waved at the Malay man.
"Firdaus," he replied, forcing a smile. He looked suspiciously at his new team-mates.
"I guess it must have been a misunderstanding then," Basil admitted. "Glad to know you weren't the real enemy."
"Guys, let's get the Dragon Scroll out of here before the real enemy comes," BoukenBlue reminded the other two.
"We can always talk later," BoukenPink said, running over to pick up the scroll. "Is this the one?"
"Do you see any other scrolls on the ground?" Firdaus asked.
"Watch out!" BoukenBlue pushed BoukenPink to safety as a blade struck the ground where she stood, and rebounded back to its owner. The five looked up and saw Creator King Ryuuwon with a group of three Ryuuhito, standing on the flat roof of a shophouse block.
"Ryuuwon!" Basil shouted. "How did you.."
"So you survived that fall," Ryuuwon said, pointing his sword at Basil. "And got four friends to tag along with you on your little treasure hunt."
"You actually fought before?" BoukenBlue asked Basil, to which he nodded in reply.
"This will be my virgin battle," Firdaus stepped up next to the experienced adventurer. "Not much of a misunderstanding anymore, is it?"
"The five of us will ensure your plan doesn't succeed," Basil said, reaching into his pocket. The both of them pulled out their Accellulars with their right hands. "Accellular, ready!" they flipped open the top panel and pressed the large round, red button above the keypad.
"Boukenger..." Basil and Firdaus held their Accellulars on their arms, just below shoulder level. "Start Up!" They pushed the device downwards on their left arms, spinning the turbine wheel. The turbine spinned at a high speed as a two-way split screen showed helmets forming over Basil and Firdaus. Red and black costumed figures replaced the two men respectively. BoukenRed and BoukenBlack stood side by side as their headlights turned on, lighting up the area.
"A team of five!" BoukenYellow jumped and clasped her hands together.
"Five doesn't make any difference to me.." Ryuuwon declared. "It just raises the killing bill!" he shouted, thrusting his sword forward, indicating to his followers to attack. The three Ryuuhito growled and fidgeted as they pounced onto the newly-formed team.
"Bouken Bo!" BoukenRed shouted out, stretching out his right hand. The headlights on his helmet shone a bright red ray, as the Bouken Bo formed up in his hand. He swung the rod at the Ryuuhito, fending them off, then jumped onto the roof to face Ryuuwon.
"Wait!" BoukenBlack shouted, attempting to chase after him, but he was blocked by the Ryuuhito. "Radial Hammer!" he exclaimed. His headlights shone a bright purple ray, forming the Radial Hammer in his hands. He used the head of the hammer to attack one of the Ryuuhito in the face, sending him towards BoukenBlue. Another pounced on him.
"Not over here!" BoukenBlue somersaulted backwards. "Blow Knuckle!" his weapon materialised in a blue light. BoukenBlue pointed the fan edge of the weapon onto the ground, pushing his body upwards, as the Ryuuhito hit the ground below him. "Survibuster!" he pulled out the blaster weapon and fired repeatedly at his opponent, as he exploded into flames.
"Eeee!" BoukenYellow screamed, as she ran away from one of the Ryuuhito. BoukenBlack swung his hammer like a boomerang. It smacked the back of the Ryuuhito's head, and halted its advance towards BoukenYellow.
"Use your weapon!" BoukenPink shouted to her, as she finished off that Ryuuhito with a few blasts from her Survibuster.
"Ok! Bucket Scoopers!" BoukenYellow nodded, and summoned her bulldozer-glove weapons to strike an oncoming Ryuuhito on both sides of its head. The Ryuuhito used its sword to slash BoukenYellow on her chest, making her lose grip and fall to the ground. The Ryuuhito raised its sword, ready to strike her.
"Yellow!" BoukenPink shouted to her younger team-mate. "Hydro Shooter!" BoukenPink fired tremendous amounts of water at the Ryuuhito about to strike BoukenYellow, forcing him to step backwards.
"Hargh!" BoukenBlack struck the Ryuuhito from behind, destroying him in flames.
"Black!" BoukenBlue shouted, and ran over to him. "We don't play dirty in battle!"
"Who cares..." BoukenBlack replied. "In this game we only care for our own survival."
BoukenRed and Ryuuwon clashed repeatedly, as both adversaries held two weapons each - Ryuuwon with both his swords, and BoukenRed with the Surviblade and Bouken Javelin.
"You seem to have improved since the last time I fought you!" Ryuuwon said, striking his sword forward. BoukenRed blocked the attack with his Surviblade and Bouken Javelin.
"I didn't improve," BoukenRed answered. "It's you whose skills have worsened! Bouken Javelin!" he pushed Ryuuwon backwards, throwing his Bouken Javelin up into the air.
"Huh?" Ryuuwon was confused.
"Survibuster!" BoukenRed pulled down the handle of the Surviblade, reverting the blade into the blaster mode, and blasted Ryuuwon almost immediately, giving him no chance to react. Ryuuwon staggered backwards and stepped off the edge of the roof. He fell to the ground, growling.
"It's him!" BoukenPink exclaimed, as the four ran towards where Ryuuwon had fallen. Smoke emitted from the burns on the teeth-like structure on his chest. BoukenRed stepped up to the edge of the roof and jumped down, with his two weapons. He slammed the end of the Bouken Javelin into the ground, and ran towards the others.
"Everyone, attach your Scope Shots to your Survibusters!" BoukenRed instructed. The others, except BoukenBlack, nodded. The four of them took out their Survibusters and attached the Scope Shots to the side. "Black!"
"Whatever," he ignored them and looked away.
"Damn it.." BoukenRed cursed. "Survibuster Sniper Mode!" the four of them took aim at Ryuuwon through the binoculars of the scope shot, which had become a green navigation screen with a crosshair. The crosshair locked onto the target - Ryuuwon. "Fire!" he exclaimed, as four white streaks of energy shot out from their barrels, towards Ryuuwon.
"Your lemonade sir, ma'am," a waiter dressed in a tuxedo served a couple who were dining at a high-class open-air restaurant by the riverside. There were a lot more couples in that and other restaurants along the river, and many more just taking a relaxing night stroll amidst the bright lights, appeasing music and fine dining outlets.
"Aaargh!" a loud groan came from the alley, as Ryuuwon was flung out into the open. Shocked passers-by and diners ran away from his trajectory path. He crashed through an iron lamp post, and along with the thick iron fence at its base, fell into the river with a huge splash. The four Boukengers ran out of the alley, stunning the public even more. BoukenBlack walked out slowly behind them, with his arms folded.
"Hero?" a shocked passer-by called out.
"Everyone stand back, clear the area!" BoukenPink shouted, waving her hands. BoukenYellow saw what she was doing and followed suit. BoukenRed and BoukenBlue observed the broken fence, and looked down into the water.
"Clear, clear!" BoukenYellow shouted in the background.
"No oxygen bubbles eh," BoukenBlue observed.
"I don't even think he breathes oxygen," BoukenRed said. Suddenly, a loud groan echoed throughout the area. Everyone scrambled to find out where the groaning came from. They could not see anything in the dark night.
"Don't tell me.." BoukenRed muttered under his breath.
"Red," BoukenBlack called out to the team leader.
"Yeah?" BoukenRed turned around, and was greeted with a blow to the face from BoukenBlack.
"Fark you!" BoukenBlack growled angrily.
"Hey!" BoukenBlue shouted at BoukenBlack, and pulled him away. "What the hell were you trying to do?"
"That bastard left us to fight those minions!" BoukenBlack shouted. "We could have died!"
"But we won!" BoukenBlue shook him hard, as BoukenRed recovered from the blow.
"I let you guys go alone because I have trust in your abilities," BoukenRed spoke. "The more important one to catch is Ryuuwon."
"So you'll catch him and steal all the.." BoukenBlack was interrupted by a slap from BoukenPink.
"He's right," she said. "Without any prior combat experience it would have been better for us to face the smaller opponents first."
"Hands off!" BoukenBlack snapped at BoukenBlue. He threw his arms up angrily, and walked away, unpleased with the outcome.

SARGESS BASE
CHANGI, SINGAPORE
"Giant dragon sighted just off the Singapore River.." Boon Yong was sitting on the second floor of the lounge, near the bookcase, reading the daily newspaper the morning after. "Have they not.."
"Neh, neh, this is more interesting!" Kim shoved a section of the newspaper in his face. He attempted to push it away until he saw the main article which caught his interest. He grabbed the section and peered at it.
"Strange costumed heroes battle red monster.." he read from the headlines. He continued reading the rest of the article. "Five coloured heroes disposed of a red monster into the Singapore River late last night but searches conducted by the police and navy divers proved futile as the red monster could not be found. Police spokeswoman ASP Danielle Hon said that the police and navy are working very closely to find the body. She also said that the team has been underwater for thirteen hours. When asked about the five heroes, she claimed that the police nor armed forces have anything to do with them."
"Wow," Kim exclaimed. "I wonder if Lala can stay underwater for 13 hours..." she was interrupted by the doors sliding open, and stomping in angrily.
"Where the hell is he?" Firdaus asked. Boon Yong threw the newspaper down and stood up.
"Hey, back off," he said, stopping the former. "What's done is done, okay?"
"Hmm.. Keep it down boys, I'm trying to figure this out.." Nabila was studying the scroll thoroughly, at a table. She squinted her eyes at certain points, as she was unsure of what to make out of the text on the scroll, as the ink had faded.
"How are you going to read that?" Kim asked, pointing to the faded text as she strolled over.
"Aren't you studying archaeology in university?" Nabila asked her, amused at her question. "You should know this!"
"Yah," Kim scratched the back of her head, embarrassed. "Maybe I haven't started on this module..Hahaha.." she replied. Nabila smiled, and opened a container on the table. Its contents were white.
"This. Is going to help me read it," she said, holding up the container. She poured the contents of the container onto the wooden scroll. It was white powder.
"What's this?"
"A special kind of powder developed by D," Nabila replied. "Get me the larger container," she pointed to a larger container a distance away. Kim nodded and quickly grabbed the larger container, passing it to Nabila. She placed the container on the table, then carried the scroll above the container and shook it, rinsing off the powder.
"Wow..." Kim stared in amazement as some of the powder stuck onto the previously-faded ink, revealing a sort of map. "So this is what the powder does!"
"It's a map.." Nabila recognised it. "But of what?" she began venturing into deep thought.
=======================================================
"I hope the GouGou Gattai system will work when it is needed to," a woman sitting in front of a computer terminal with a 19-inch LCD monitor said to Basil, who was observing her work from behind. Her name was Dferina. "The newspaper article on the giant dragon is quite, disturbing."
"I'm confident about No. 1 - 5," he replied. "D, I'm more concerned about Number 6."
"Why is that so?" she turned around and smiled.
"Remember the first time I tested it out," Basil said, taking a seat on the yellow sofa. "I nearly died in the cockpit."
"You shouldn't if you handle it witht a clear mind," Dferina replied. "I'm still pondering over whether to add a transformer to it."
"Whatever for?" he asked, peering out of the plexi-glass window, observing seven GoGo Vehicles in the hangar.
"It will reduce the high voltage output, thus reducing the amount of electricity running through the system, therefore you can use the Drill in any state of mind," she explained.
"It's going to affect the power levels right?" he inquired, turning back. "Resulting in lower efficiency." he stated.
"Yeah, no choice," she shrugged. "That's the only way it won't kill you."
"How about Number 7?" he asked, pointing at a cyan-coloured shovel machine in the hangar.
"Shovel?" Dferina looked up. "So far Lala hasn't had any problems with it during testing. I'm not sure about its operational performance though."
"Meeting in the lounge area immediately!" came a cheery, middle-aged man's voice.
"That's my call," Basil stood up, and prepared to leave the room. "See you at dinner," he said, smiling, and walked past the automatic sliding doors, out of the room.
"Sure." she replied, and got back to working on GoGo Drill.
=======================================================
Basil walked back into the lounge, as an image of a cone-shaped head with facial features and two lines for hands appeared on the screen. The other four were already in the room.
"Welcome back Boukenger!" the cone-shaped head said, jumping around the screen excitedly.
"Mr. Voice," Nabila held up the map-side of the wooden scroll. "I found a map on the scroll." she said. "Any idea?"
"Which brings us to your next mission," Mr. Voice, the cone-shaped head, replied. "I'm glad you were able to salvage the scroll. It is an important clue to the location of the final piece of the dragon's tooth."
"Wait, wait, wait," Firdaus stopped him. "Did you just say, dragon?" he asked. The others nodded. "As far as I know, dragons don't exist."
"Logically speaking, they don't," Boon Yong cut into his sentence. "But if you rethink, what happened last night, what was that groan in the distance?"
"It was just the waning of metal," Firdaus argued.
"From where, Fir?" Nabila asked. "And besides, what exactly did we fight last night? Did they not look like dragons?"
"Quieten down!" Mr. Voice exclaimed, showing an angry expression. "I believe Basil can tell us more about what you fought last night."
"Huh?" he suddenly looked up, snapping out of his daze. "Jaryuu Clan," he said. "A race of reptillian humanoids, who were created by accidental manipulation of dinosaur DNA."
"But who are you to determine dragons as dinosaurs?" Firdaus argued again.
"I didn't say that," Basil snapped his fingers. "Anyway, the Jaryuus' wish is to revert our Earth to the Jurassic Age using the power of the Precious, but before they do that, they must get rid of the pre-dominating civilisation. Which is us. Humans."
"But I thought we were supposed to be archaeologists not fighters!" Kim exclaimed.
"Yes," Mr. Voice nodded. "Archaeologists AND fighters," he explained. "Though we only battle those who prevent us from guarding the Precious."
"We must not let the Precious fall into the wrong hands," Nabila elaborated further to Kim. "Otherwise with their unmeasured power, the effect could be extremely disastrous!" she declared.
"What was the next mission you were talking about?" Boon Yong turned to Mr. Voice.
"Okay, pay attention," the computer-generated animation said. "This mission will only require Pink's GoGo Marine," he continued. "But the rest of you have to provide support anyway, in case something goes wrong." he added. The five of them nodded. "Anyway, this aim of this mission is to search the area where the dragon once hibernated."
"You don't mean a dragon once existed in Singapore," Firdaus replied, nearly bursting into laughter.
"At Labrador Park, yes," Mr. Voice replied, annoyed. "I'm surprised you don't know about the Longyamen in the past."
"Longyamen?" Boon Yong seemed to recall something. "Is it the one which was blown up by the British?"
"Yup," Mr. Voice nodded.
"Who, what ,where?" Firdaus stopped them. "What are you all talking about?" he asked, sounding extremely confused. He looked at Kim, who shook her head innocently. Basil walked over with an irritated look at pushed him down onto the chair he was leaning on.
"Sit down and listen carefully," he said. "The British blew it up sometime in the 1880s, it isn't there anymore."
"Yah, so what's up with it?"
"It's a Precious." Basil said. "There are parts of it all over the world."
"Just that rock?"
"That rock, you are talking about, is actually the tooth of a real dragon," Nabila reminded him.
"You're kidding right?" Firdaus asked. He turned to Mr. Voice.
"So you think the Jaryuu which you all fought was a joke, right?" Mr. Voice asked him.
"This sounds really dumb," he said, and took out his Accellular. Firdaus placed the device on the table and removed his jacket. He removed the Accellular, put the jacket down and then the Accellular on top of it. "I'm outta here."
"Eh wait!" Boon Yong ran after him, and tapped his shoulder. Swinging around, Firdaus sent a punch into the former's face.
"Don't bother," Firdaus said. "I don't need any friends."
"Mr. Voice," Basil spoke up. "Why is it?"
"I know," Mr. Voice replied. "Why was he chosen as a Boukenger." he sighed. "I never got to select him personally, but I do know why he became like that."
"Why, Mr. Voice?" Kim asked, with a sad face, looking at the Accellular and jacket he left behind.
"It's because his former partners abandoned him when he needed them the most," Mr. Voice answered them.
"What exactly happened?" Nabila inquired.
"He will tell you if you can make him trust you," Mr. Voice replied. "Now, the most important thing is the mission at hand."
"Right," Boon Yong nodded.
"Let's go then," Basil ordered. The four of them headed into the maintainence room, where Dferina was waiting for them. There was a wall with five-coloured compartments, each with one Bouken Driver case in them.
"This is your first time piloting mecha as a team," Dferina said, passing the Bouken Drivers to them. "I hope you do well," she smiled. "Good luck!"
"Thanks D," Basil pat her on the shoulder and entered the bubble lift.
"Okay!" Kim squealed, and followed after him. The other two smiled and headed into the bubble lift. As the lift went down, it offered the team a magnificient view of their seven mecha in the hangar. There were three empty slots, which were numbered 8, 9 and 10. The lift stopped and its door opened automatically. The four ran out and activated their own GoGo Vehicles with their Accellulars.
"Accellular, set," BoukenRed opened up his Bouken Driver and set the Accellular in its slot on the right of the steering wheel. The lights around GoGo Dump brightened, as the vehicle's own lights turned on.
"Set!" BoukenBlue set his Accellular down. The lights around GoGo Gyro brightened up, as its own lights turned on. Exhaust smoke was emitted from the pipes on the underside of the GoGo Gyro.
"Set!" BoukenYellow set her Accellular down. The lights around GoGo Dozer brightened, as its shovel raised itself up and down.
"Set!" BoukenPink set her Accellular down. The lights around GoGoMarine brightened, as the water around it started bubbling as its engine turned on.
"Dump! Gyro! Dozer! Marine!" A digital voice shouted out, as each of them pressed their respective numbers on their keypads, then spun the turbine. "Go, go!" The voice called out. GoGo Dump and GoGo Dozer drove forward into their own exits. GoGo Gyro lifted itself up into the aerial exit, while GoGo Marine moved forward, submerging itself into the water gradually.
The four GoGo Vehicles sped side by side, along the coast, towards their destination.
=======================================================
GoGo Marine ventured deep into the seas off the west coast of Singapore, searching for the site.
"I don't see anything," BoukenPink said. Above on the coast, GoGo Dump, GoGo Dozer and GoGo Gyro waited in case anything happened.
"Stay vigilant," BoukenRed replied. "I don't want anything to go wrong, nor do I want you to miss out anything."
"I really don't see anything, Red," BoukenPink answered him negatively.
"Okay then," BoukenRed nodded. "We'll call off the search. Pink, resurface."
"I'll carry you along," BoukenBlue exclaimed.
"Why not me?" BoukenYellow asked, in a dejected tone.
"You'll get your chance someday," BoukenBlue replied, sniggering.
"I'm being attacked!" screamed BoukenPink through the communications screen. She turned around and saw a giant mechanical body with some organic limbs attacking her craft. She could not see its head. The monster rammed the end of the GoGo Marine repeatedly.
"Surface quickly!" BoukenRed instructed.
"I can't!" she screamed. She pulled her right gear-stick upwards and left gear-stick backwards, swerving the vehicle around. BoukenPink stared in horror as she realised it was the dragon they were supposed to find. "It's the dragon!"
The three of them could only watch on as they realised that the sea slowly became unstable. Ripples and currents were forming on the surface due to the intense event happening below. GoGo Marine managed to surface after much difficulty.
"Blue!!" BoukenYellow screamed. "Get her out now!"
"On it!" BoukenBlue replied. GoGo Gyro flew over and lowered a cable which attached onto GoGo Marine. He lifted BoukenPink's mecha out of the area, as the dragon surfaced.
"What is that?!" shouted a worker from Keppel Harbour, a cargo port where shipping exports/imports to Singapore took place. The port was nearby the coast where the dragon had surfaced.
"So that is the dragon.." BoukenRed muttered. "Ok, everyone," he started. "Initiate GouGou Gattai!"
"But what about Number 2?" BoukenPink asked.
"Don't worry!" BoukenBlue said. "We can handle it!"
"Um!" BoukenYellow nodded in reply.
"GouGou Gattai!" BoukenRed shouted. As he was about to press the buttons on the Accellular, the dragon turned around and disappeared into the waters.
"Disappeared.." BoukenBlue reported, as GoGo Gyro flew over the waters. "Not even on the radar.."
"We'll get it the next time.." BoukenRed declared.

Firdaus stepped out from a 7-Eleven outlet, and lighted a cigarette. He turned and saw Dferina, standing in front of him. He immediately pulled the cigarette out and flung it into the rubbish bin.
"Hi," she smiled. "Can we have a chat?" she asked.
"Hm.." he thought, with his eyes darting around. "Sure," he replied.
"Do you know why he fights his heart out everytime?" Dferina asked Firdaus. They were now at a Starbuck's outlet at the airport, which was near the base.
"Needless to say," he stirred his hot coffee. "He just wants the glory."
"Obviously not," she drank up her ice-blended coffee. "You might not understand, but his wish is to die first, because he does not want to see those around him die.." she said. These words struck him, shocking him for a moment.
"Whatever happened to Mr. Courageous?"
"It's true he might be courageous," Dferina said. "But sometimes its really too much," she laughed. "I can't stand him sometimes," she continued joking.
"What's your relation with him?"
"Well, let's just say we've known each other for quite a long time," she replied.
"Longer than Sargess?"
"Eh, no," Dferina replied, stunned. Her mobile phone started ringing. "Hello?" Her facial expression changed.
"What's up?" Firdaus asked.
"The other four are on their way to battle Ryuuwon," Dferina said, as she put her phone into her handbag.
"So?" he shot back at her. She pulled out an Accellular.
"It's yours."

SENTOSA ISLAND
SINGAPORE
The four Boukengers jumped off the Images of Singapore wax museum building with their Surviblades in hand, and landed in front of Ryuuwon's path.
"It's you people again!" Ryuuwon exclaimed. "Didn't I dispose of you earlier?"
"Not going to be so easy!" BoukenBlue replied, slapping the side of his Surviblade.
"Boukenger, go!" BoukenRed commanded. The four of them ran towards Ryuuwon and his Ryuuhito. BoukenRed and BoukenBlue took on Ryuuwon while the girls took at the minions.
BoukenRed ducked and BoukenBlue somersaulted as Ryuuwon swung his sabre at them. BoukenYellow and BoukenPink smacked the first Ryuuhito with their blades. BoukenPink pushed the blade down and changed it into a blaster.
"Survibuster!" she jumped and fired multiple shots at the Ryuuhito, pushing it off the edge of the cemented barrier.
"Wow!" BoukenYellow clapped her hands. "That was amazing marksmanship!" she regrouped with BoukenPink. "Where did you learn that?"
"Practice," BoukenPink replied, turning around, and looking for the other two. "Eh?"
"Where are they?" BoukenYellow turned around repeatedly. "Don't tell me they've ran again!"
"Hrrff!" BoukenPink felt a strong force restraining her movement. Same for BoukenYellow.
"Lala!" BoukenYellow exclaimed, struggling to free herself. "What's going on?"
"I don't know!" BoukenPink, also struggling, replied. "Can't... move.." she muttered, as two Ryuuhito appeared behind them. Both were grabbing their arms and pushing inwards.
"Pink! Yellow!" BoukenBlue noticed his friends in trouble, but he and BoukenRed were kept busy by a powerful Ryuuwon.
"Argh!" BoukenRed flew backwards as Ryuuwon delivered a headbutt at him. The reptillian humanoid carried BoukenBlue into the air.
"Hey, easy easy!" BoukenBlue tried to coax him into putting him down. "I'd rather be in the Carlsberg Sky Tower!" he said, trembling.
"Fool!" Ryuuwon pushed him into the air and slashed him as he fell down.
"Aargh!" BoukenBlue fell to the ground, grabbing his stomach in pain. His Survibuster fell to the ground in two, as smoke emitted from each of the two parts. Ryuuwon stepped on his chest and forced downwards, as BoukenBlue struggled to lift his foot.
"Red Zone Crash!" BoukenRed swung his Bouken Javelin and sped towards Ryuuwon. One of the Ryuuhito let go of BoukenYellow and jumped in front of Ryuuwon. He was met with the crash from BoukenRed and fell to the ground, with red electrical sparks flying around his body. Ryuuwon grabbed the neck of the oncoming BoukenRed, and lifted him up.
"Ryuuwon-sama.." the Ryuuhito spoke before it exploded into flames, which disintegrated into the air.
"The two of you will die at my hands!" Ryuuwon growled in fury. He stepped harder and tightened his grip on BoukenRed's neck. He kicked BoukenBlue away and flung BoukenRed at him. Both of them flew backwards and crashed into the wall of the wax museum building, smashing through one of the exhibits.
"Guys!" BoukenYellow ran into the building to help them up.
"Here's your Pink friend!" The Ryuuhito pushed BoukenPink to the ground. She scrambled to her feet and ran to help BoukenYellow. The four of them struggled out, half-able to go into battle.
"Take this!" Ryuuwon raised both his sabers into the sky as it turned dark. Lightning struck onto his weapons as he absorbed its energies. He threw the sabers, which struck the ground in front of the four, electrocuting them with the power of the lightning bolt.
"Aargh!" the four of them groaned, and fell to their knees, as their suits deactivated.
"Underneath all that colourful material you are just ordinary humans!" Ryuuwon declared. "Vulnerable humans, an easy kill."
"Hey!" a voice called out from afar. "Humans might be vulnerable, but so are genetically-altered morons like you!" the four of them and Ryuuwon turned in the direction of the voice and saw Firdaus walking towards them.
"Fir.." Nabila muttered as he walked over to them.
"Oi!" Firdaus shouted and grabbed Basil's collar, pulling him up. "You might have a bad impression of me... But let me tell you something about myself." he continued. "I'm the sort of person who would rather waste a minute of my life than to waste my life in a minute!"
"What do you mean?" Basil asked, and pulled his hand away.
"I'm wasting one minute of my life talking to you now," Firdaus replied, letting go voluntarily. "D told me about you.." he said. "I'm not going to let you throw your life away in just a minute! We all need each other to defeat the Jaryuu!"
"Right!" Kim jumped for joy. "As a team, we should all work together, look out for each other!" she exclaimed. Nabila nodded and smiled. Boon Yong showed a thumbs up sign, and the team of five settled down next to each other, in a straight line.
"Thanks for trusting in me," Basil pat Firdaus on the shoulder.
"Don't let my $2 admission fee go to waste," the latter said, pushing his hand off. "Time for some fun," he flipped out his Accellular. "Ready!"
"How did..?" Nabila was stunned, as Firdaus returned his Accellular earlier.
"If there's anyone you should thank," Firdaus replied. "It's D."
"I'll be sure to thank her later," Basil replied. "Accellular ready!"
"Boukenger..." The five of them held their Accellular on their arms, just below shoulder level. "Start Up!" They pushed the device downwards on their left arms, spinning the turbine wheel. The turbine spinned at a high speed as a five-way split screen showed helmets forming over their heads.
"Atsuki Boukensha!" BoukenRed raised his left hand and snapped his fingers. He stretched his left hand outwards, and threw his right hand out, pulling back his left hand. "BoukenRed!"
"Hayaki Boukensha!" BoukenBlack raised both his hands, opened up, on the right side of his helmet. He slapped them together and threw his right hand across his chest, pulling it back into a fist and stretching his left hand downwards, crouching. "BoukenBlack!"
"Takaki Boukensha!" BoukenBlue threw his right hand up, and left hand down. He raised his left leg and slapped it with his left hand, then lowered it down, opening up his pose with the fingers on both hands curled up slightly. "BoukenBlue!"
"Tsuyoki Boukensha!" BoukenYellow stretched both her hands out, then pulled them back into fists, forming an L-shape with her right fist perpendicular to the ground. She then opened up the fist, bent down and stretched both fists up by the sides of her helmet, leaning to the left. "BoukenYellow!"
"Fukaki Boukensha!" BoukenPink held her right hand to the left side of her helmet. She flipped her hand around, opened up her arms and closed up with her left hand on the left ear of her helmet, and right hand across to her left side. "BoukenPink!"
"Hatenaki Bouken Spirits!" BoukenRed proclaimed, raising his right hand up.
"GouGou Sentai..." the five shouted, each throwing their right hands over their chests, then pulling them back and showing their left fists. They each struck their team pose - BoukenRed with right hand stretched upwards, BoukenYellow and Pink with their left and right hands out respectively, and BoukenBlack and Blue crouching downwards. "Boukenger!"
"Bleh!" BoukenYellow waved at Ryuuwon and his minions. "We're not going to let you do anything to the world!"
"This will settle everything," BoukenRed declared. "Accel Tector!" he commanded, placing a small blue chestplate in front of the logo on his chest.
An armour formed around the chestplate, covering the top portion of BoukenRed's suit.
"Dual Crasher!" he shouted and raised his right hand. A blaster-type weapon with a cement mixer end appeared in his grip. "Mixer Head!" He pointed it in front of Ryuuwon and blasted. "Go!" The end spun as BoukenRed fired a ball of cement, which froze Ryuuwon and his last Ryuuhito and transformed them into cement versions of themselves. "Drill Head!"
"Red!" BoukenBlack called out to them, as the four ran to him and supported him. BoukenRed nodded and held up the
"Combination Crash!" The five of them exclaimed.
"GO!" BoukenRed fired a shot at the cement figures as the drill spun. The figures exploded into flames, as the team stood up, looking at the flames. An irritated groan echoed throughout the area.
"The dragon!" BoukenYellow held her helmet in worry as the dragon, now out of control, came stomping into the area. The tourists and visitors to the tourism island began running at the sight of the gigantic dragon, something frightening which they had not seen before.
"It's coming towards us!" BoukenPink pointed worriedly.
"GouGou Gattai!" BoukenRed shouted. He pressed the Combination button on the Accellular, and pressed the first five numbers in sequence.
"Gattai shift on!" The Accellular voice called out. "Dump! Formula! Gyro! Dozer! Marine!" It continued. BoukenRed then spun the turbine of his Accellular. "Bouken Formation!"
"DaiBouken, complete!" The five shouted as DaiBouken stepped into the battle scene holding its weapon, the GouGou Ken. The dragon lunged towards the robot, smacking the GouGou Ken off with its head.
"It's quite strong," BoukenBlue analysed the situation. "I don't think handheld weapons would be effective if he can smack it off so easily."
"I'll call out 6 and 7," BoukenRed said. "Number 6, Number 7, scramble!" He pressed the GO! button on the Accellular, then pressed six and seven.
"Hasshin shift on! Drill! Shovel!" he then spun the turbine. "Drill! Shovel! Go, go!" the mechanical voice called out.
GoGo Drill fired up with its triple drills spinning as one drill. GoGo Shovel's shovel raised itself up and down repeatedly. Both vehicles' cockpits lit up, as they rolled forward and moved out of the base.
The dragon breathed fire and emitted it from its mouth, blowing it at DaiBouken. The heat from the fire raised temperatures inside the cockpit, as consoles began to overheat and short-circuit.
"Argh..." BoukenYellow started to complain. "Can I take off my helmet, I'm sweating inside here!"
"Hot.." BoukenBlue muttered. "Hot.." he said. The dragon was blowing more fire at them. Just at this moment, GoGo Drill blasted through the ground and flew up, poking at the dragon and forcing it to change its direction. GoGo Shovel picked up some sand from the beach and flung it towards the dragon, extinguishing the fire.
"Let's combine!" BoukenBlack called out to him.
"Okay," BoukenRed nodded. "GouGou Busou!" he exclaimed. He turned to his Accellular and pressed the Combination button, then pressed numbers 6 and 7.
"Drill! Shovel!" The Accellular's voice called out. BoukenRed spun the turbine. "Drill! Shovel! Power on!" The Dozer and Marine arms detached as the Drill and Shovel attached to the left and right limbs respectively.
"DaiBouken Drill & Shovel, complete!" the five shouted. DaiBouken staggered towards the dragon slowly, as the five struggled to contain the overloading power output of the Drill.
"This is no different from earlier!" BoukenYellow said, as orange electricity ran throughout the cockpit. The dragon took this opportunity to attack them, firing missiles from its back at them.
"Fark!" BoukenBlack cursed. "That thing has missiles! Now is it organic or mechanical?"
"I'd say biomechanical!" BoukenBlue replied.
"Shovel Defense!" BoukenPink called out. DaiBouken held up its shovel arm and blocked the missiles, while still moving forward. It then grabbed hold of the empty Carlsberg Sky Tower, pulled it out and flung it at the dragon, who knocked it away with its head.
"Grragh!" BoukenRed growled, as memories of his first test with GoGo Drill flashed through his mind.
"Grrraghh!" he was screaming the same way as the orange electricity ran through the Drill's cockpit. BoukenRed was struggling as his life-force was slowly being drained.
"Concentrate!"
"Concentrate!" came Dferina's voice on his Accellular. "You can do it with a clear mind!" she shouted. She was watching the battle, and shouting into her mobile phone, set to speaker mode. "Don't think about anything," she continued. "Clear your mind!"
"I.. can.." he struggled. "No.. We.."
"Can.." BoukenBlack continued for him.
"WE CAN DO IT!" BoukenRed shouted his heart out. "Everyone!" he called out. "We're not doing this for ourselves.. Not for Sargess.. It's for everyone in this world!" he exclaimed. The other four nodded one by one.
"Shovel Grip!" BoukenPink commanded when DaiBouken was near the dragon. It grabbed the dragon and gripped it hard. "Shovel Spin!" DaiBouken's shovel arm spun round and round several times, with the dragon still in its grip, then flung it into the air.
"Rising Penetration!" the five shouted as the dragon fell downwards. DaiBouken raised its drill arm. It spun with orange electricity as the dragon fell directly on it, getting impaled in the process. The dragon exploded into pieces as the drill spun harder.
DaiBouken lowered both its arms, turned around and stood victorious.
=======================================================
The team ran out to look for any pieces of the dragon which might be dangerous to let free.
"Looks like there aren't any remaining pieces for us to guard," Boon Yong said, after checking the GPS on his Accellular.
"Thanks for trusting us," Basil said to Firdaus. "I really appreciate it."
"No," Firdaus replied. "Thank you all for trusting me," he said.
"I guess I was wrong about you all this while then," Boon Yong said. "I'm really glad you're really on our side now."
"So what's next?" Firdaus asked. "Do we go back to our respective departments or stay?"
"I heard we're staying for good," Nabila replied.
"I'm going back to school in America in three weeks' time," Kim replied.
"How sad," Firdaus said. "I was thinking of going to explore Ayer's Rock sometime next week."
"Aye!" Kim exclaimed. "Can I go?"
"Why not?" he pat her head. "I'll definitely bring a cutie along," he said.
"Aww.." Boon Yong mocked Kim as her face turned red.
"Hey, I really think she is cute." Firdaus argued.
"Idiot, idiot, idiot!" Kim darted towards Boon Yong, who began running off. "Stop right there you!" she exclaimed. "You think you so handsome is it?" she continued, as the other three laughed. Boon Yong ran towards the screen. He slipped and fell as the screen froze as he fell halfway, then faded into the credits.

MT.

=======================================================
=======================================================
=======================================================
=======================================================
