What is a Womanizer?
And now let´s think about it. Otoya was a lecherous man who thought he is great and a self-named Genius, but he never was able to charme a woman like a womanizer is able to. His sweet talk tryouts were horrible, his behaviour offensive and he had not even ONE girlfriend until the very end. Otoya is absolutly not a womanizer.
Drake and Urataros, even Sasword, on the other side could make a girl/woman swoon over them. That´s the difference. I would give my vote to Drake, because he had the right job and charme and he was never overdoing it, because that easily gets just the opposite reaction from girls.

I don't think Otoya should count.
Though he is a smooth talker...ten outta nine always had him fail when it comes to the Ladies.
That being said, the best Womanizing rider isn't Human, but rather an Imajin.
Now...it can be argued that Urataros succeeds in stringing along the ladies coz of Ryotaro's looks, but let's remember this: Ryotaro by himself is a wuss..and the only lady whose heart he won over on his own is Nee-san's.
