Favorite PR sidearm weapons

The Power Rangers have always had a handheld blaster gun of some kind to fire beams at enemies. Sometime it turns into a melee weapon but it always includes some sort of blastery function

Even in seasons where the japanese version doesn't have a basic weapon for its Rangers the Power Ranger adaptation adds one.

So out of all the weapons of that type used over the years, what is your favorite or favorites?

First up for me is the Astro Blaster from In Space. It had a neat blue color, the ability to split into two and could combine with the Ranger's unique weapons for a cool personalized weapon!

Second are the Transdagger from Lost Galaxy. Not quite in the same category but the versatility and adaptibility to different style is pretty awesome.

Third is the Mantan Gun from Go-onger and soon to be from RPM. Its a bit goofy looking but I like the simplicity of its transformation to rod mode and back to gun mode.

Do sixth ranger weapons count?

If so...then I'd say my fave has to to be the Quantum Defender/DV defender. It's got a badass design (Q-Rex's head) and can transform into a sword from a gun.

If not...then I'd most definitely say the Transdaggers.

Actually, the Quasar Sabers were the Galaxy Rangers' sidearms.

Can't beat the good ole Power Gun. Stylish and conservative.

I'm a fan of the zeo laser pistol, since it could combine with their rods and they looked nice and sci-fi-y

My fave PR side arm combos
would be
the Dragonflute dagger and with the Omega Ranger's henshin device and that's all.

The Axe/Cannon sidearm of the Titanium Ranger still ranks as the number one sidearm for me, followed closely by the Sword/Shotgun of the Magna Defender.
