Man I fucking love this trilogy! I love GT as well! *gets bitch slapped by every DB/DBZ member of the forum* Ow....Anyways, never really watched DragonBall that much and now it's stopped airing on Toonami.... I've started collecting the Manga, got volume 1. Effin' love it! 1 down....41 more to go?! Ah well. Hey, anyone notice how much the PS2 games rule too? Also the new DragonBall GBA game makes me wanna buy a GBA again! Fave PS2 game? Budokai 2 on Gamecube cos it's not dubbed, I just love the Japanese voices! I've never played 3 though. We in the UK get HORRIBLY dubbed DBZ movies on Toonami. This Friday is the Legend of the Three Super Saiyas (Saiyajins)

I have Budokai 3. It's dubbed, but hell I really don't care. The death moves are much easier to perform and you can be Cooler!

By the way, if whoever makes those DBZ games reads this, stop putting Mr. Satan/Hercule in the games. He sucks, and is a useless waste of space that could have been a better character's spot ( even Chi Chi would be more useful)


I can't wait for Budokai Tenkaichi to come out. Apparently you can be Janemba, who is fucking hardcore awesome. I found it a bit strange, since the movie with him has not been released in the US yet ( And might never be...since...you know...Hitler is in it. His scene isn't offensive, it's just it may not be considered politically correct)

So far I only have issues 1 to 4 of the original DragonBall Manga and issue 1 of DragonBall Z. I loved the original DragonBall, DragonBall Z was cool but not better than DragonBall!!

I've only seen tiny bits of the Anime. The American Dub sucks and the German dub of the Japanese version aint bad!! I was gonna record it off Tele 5 but somehow I didn't get round to it. Dunno why..

I love the original DragonBall theme tune!! Shame it got replaced by shitty drum and bass music for it's UK Debut!!

Dragonball was a classic, DBZ was good for the most part, GT was too much mish-mash, TOEI never figured out how to make it work.

I'm a fan of Toriyama in general really. I have a bunch of his one-shots, and have been collecting the Dragonball manga reprints released in Japan. They're amazingly nice, especially because they did the color pages. Back when Toriyama did the manga in Jump he'd sometimes do WHOLE chapters in color, which you'd never get to see in the tankoubans, you'd have to pick up the weekly phonebook sized magazine to see any color pages. But the reprints have them! :dance:

In the Z saga I think my favorite villian was Cell. The Cell Games arc was really great, and was fun to watch.
