Seriously how the hell does Den-O get this popularity when Shinkenger completely blows this out of the water?.

I bet we'll have to wait another batch of years for a Sentai this badass yet we'll be fed more Den-O crap over and over until a few Koreans vomit from it.

Well you really cant compair two different showes from two different genres. Den-O being a action comedy and from Kamen Rider and Shinkenger a action drama and from Sentai.

Thats like compairing an apple to an orange, there both fruit but not the same fruit.

Sentai's been airing non stop since 1975. Kamen Rider started in 1971 and had a break (from television) from 1984-2000. It seems Rider has a hard time staying a float dispite the characters popularity. So their just giving the people what they want without bastardizing Ishinomori's name.

The only reason I didnt like Den-O was cause Ryotaro was a BEEOTCH and the story was weak. Other than that it was cool & funny as hell! :laugh:
So if you look at the show for what it is without compairing comedy to drama youll have your answer. :thumbs:

For myself Geki (Rio-sama so BAD ASS) was cool but that show is no where close to Shinkenger. I like to put it on par with Timeranger, there hasent been anything this dramtic in 9 years.

Den-O was light-hearted, but not a comedy. The actual story itself (which sadly gets ignored by even the insufferable Den-O fanatics) is quite solemn.

Now Ryukendo, on the other hand, is a flat-out comedy.

Timeranger, Gekiranger and Shinkenger (and maybe Boukenger too, but even that pales in comparison to the other three) are probably the only Sentais of this whole decade that are worth anything. Otherwise this has been a disappointing ten years.
