Why is every good TV show Cancelled
So something like Elric of Melnibone, only with a happier ending?
Okay maybe that wasn't funny...still.
Wouldn't the Thule Society be proof that Hitler may or may not have had some believe in spiritualisim? I think it is clear that the man was willing to do whatever it took to gain power, even digging up mandrakes out of people's back yards. Then maybe he didn't believe any of it, but he knew people would.
I should use the spear of longinus in more stories. It is a really fun artifact to play with...that isn't sacrilege right?
Who?... will look up after Arrow. And, yeah, I forgot about Hitler. If it isn't obvious yet, I have a difficult time keeping lists of things straight. In fact, I'm not even sure if Spiritualism counts as an actual religion, unless you count Scientology or Pentacostals...
Also, I think true blasphemy has to do with intent, so no.
As rule of thumb for how fucked up the books are, the first thing you see the bad guy in the first book do is kidnap & brainwash a little boy, then murder him by pouring molten lead down his throat. He then proceeds to summon his soul from the underworld to use as a way to travel through a magical barrier without getting killed. Not to mention the author is harder to understand than Nolan sometimes. I simplified all the philosophies, they were originally more cryptiic & half of them were in code.
It, I suppose, calms down a bit after book two. But the reason I like them so much is because I really relate to the main cast of protagonists (the books are excellent character dramas, on par with The Walking Dead)
