Bio: Raphael was the head of the FDA in States. He was also a high level figure of the John Hopkins Hospital and treated several There was a sudden meeting held in Osaka Japan that deals with several diseases all across the globe. He attened that event and in the end of that meeting, he went to a certain place in Osaka Japan and got teleported to an enormously large relic city wherein he saw an angel in Green and white carrying a blue, white and green Rider belt in his right hand in the middle of the enormous city. He walked all the way to that angel and he received the belt and became Kamen Rider ISHA.

Mission: To erradicate all of the diseases caused by Viral, Bacterial, Fungal, Protozoan and Helminthic Parasites, Non-Viral, Bacterial, Fungal or parasitic diseases like autoimmune diseases, CJD (Creutzfeld Jacob Disease or MadCow) etc, and even demonic diseases.

RIDER LUNGE: Tachyon particles are charged up and sent to Epheme's Antennae for refinement. They are then sent to the tip of the Epheme Lancer, the lancer is then used to horizontally stab the opponent destroying them.

The other way this attack can be used, it that the Epheme Lancer can send it out a tachyon based arrow gradient, destroying the oppponent upon impact.

Kamen Rider Venom

Contract Monster: Zetsurion (Scorpion-type Mirror Monster)

Visor: Venom Visor - Scorpion-shaped gauntlet mounted on Venom's forearm. The 'tail' is lifted up, and the Advent Card is slotted into a tray on the 'back'. The 'tail' is then pushed back down, to look like it's 'stinging' the card.

Sword Vent: Summons a sword resembling Zetsurion's stinger.

Guard Vent: Uses Zetsurion's back as a shield.

Strike Vent: Uses Zetsurion's claw as a melee weapon.

Final Vent: Venom Slash - Zetsurion bursts out of the ground, slashing the opponent with its claws. Venom then swings his sword in sync with Zetsurion's tail, resulting in a double slash.

Visor: Tarantes Visor - Spider-shaped gauntlet mounted on Tarantes' forearm. The Advent card is slotted into a drawer and shut closed, allowing the card to be read.

Strike Vent: A spider's head-shaped gauntlet that shoots out spikes or gobs of webbing.

Final Vent: Web of Pain - Tarantes climbs atop Dispider's head as it encases the opponent in webbing. It then swings the bound enemy toward Tarantes who then performs a roundhouse kick to the opponent.

Copy Vent: Duplicates an opposing Rider's weapon for Kamen Rider Thor's own use

Swing Vent: Uses one of Guldthunder's long trailing feathers as a whip.

Final Vent: Thunder Crow - Guldthunder takes to the air, carrying Thor in its talons and dropping him, upon which he would drop-kick opponents as lighting rains down on them.
