Connections between PR:OO and ST:DS9?

Am I the only one who thinks that there maybe some PR producers are also Trekkies? DS9 had a officer named Dax who wore Blue. Operation Overdrive's blue ranger is also named Dax. Other than gender, age, and a whole slew of differences, anybody else agree, or have my brain gone past the Gamma Quadrant? :sly:

I've only watched the last 3 seasons of DS9 and I loved them.

I could never get into DS9. It was too boring. The characters, the scenarios, etc. I've seen every episode of TNG, Voyager, and Enterprise, but just couldn't bring myself to watch much of DS9. TNG was easily the best.

Skyknight speaks truth. Voyager was terrible. "what our rating are dropping? Quick! Do another borg episode!"

Enterprise wasn't great either... 'cept when it actually got good they cancelled it.

Man.... this new movie had better be good or the franchise is dead.
