Can the Mobile Suit Technology Exist?

Fellow heroes, once more I am thinking about the possibilities of another technology. The Mobile Suit Technology from GUNDAM. Now can such technology exist?

It can exist, but the time for it to develop to that point would take a extremely long time. As Chronotia Archzenom posted, it can always happen. That would mean some of the only way to achieve such level is with "extraordinary" geniuses, and AI would further the technology. For I see, it is possible to get "low tech" Gundams such as 8th ms team, for those on some level are more practical. It is entirely different, when you mention, Gundams from UC, AU, as well as CE universes, although each has a part that could work. Technological in those case to so much superior than simply nukes, engines, or motors. So, it isn't far off, like all sci fi technology, just that how long or which direction might change which gundam tech that would exist or evolve, if there is any at that time.

Wow! I haven't seen a post like this for a while. Ahem! Now that piece of technology has to combine so many technology into one big technology.

That sounds reasonable, for it is a lot harder to get "true" advancement", not merely modification or other changes. I think that any sooner, the techonology for it would be too flawed in systems and mechanical problems, that isn't even going into other aspects technicians and mechanics would worry about. I think it would be are late 2800 AD to and 3500 AD, would be consider "officially" gundam tech as everybody sees it now.
