I had this one kid who wouldn't get off my back ,even after he got suspended for it on multiple occasions for it, so I dunno.

That probably just means he didn't care about getting suspended. The cost perception varies from bully to bully, which is why the old "fight back!" advice sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Some bullies back off if they think you can hurt them, others won't back off until you're suing them or in a position to give them a criminal record.

I know you're joking here and I'm real happy for you, I'mma let you finish but just let me throw in my two cents.

I really don't like these kind of responses to bullying or just people they don't like in general. And lately they have been involving Death Note. Wishing death or suffering upon someone in your head is just and childish as bullying. As a joke sure but it wouldn't be a very clever one.
