Batman: Under the Red Hood

Picked mycopy up from Target. Its igght.

I hate all of the voice actors though. Except the young Jason Todd, Ras Al Gaul, and the Joker is bareable.

The batman's voice actor is bad. I mean, his batman voice is like christian bale's. ugh....

Neil Patrick Harris had no right touching my favorite comic book character of all time! Damn you NPH! DAMN YOU TO HELL!

And the Jason Todd voice actor sounding too.....funny, happy. Your the Red Hood. YOUR MISEARBLE!

The story is very good. Don't get me wrong. BUt I am biased, and will be the first one to admit it. Its hard to be batman as a voice actor when you have hte legacy of Kevin Conroy lurking behind yours.

And Mark Hamil IS the Joker. This Joker....he really wasn't bad I may have overexagerated, it was just a different Joker.

Watched it yesterday and it was (at least for me) easy to deduce who red hood was in the first few minutes and was later confirmed by Raz.. I didn't like the ending though... :disappoin

Yeah, if you read Jeph Loeb's "Hush" or "Under the Hood", of which the latter is used for this movie, you'd know or would be able to deduce who Red Hood was. And I too have to agree about the ending, eventhough it tied up all the loose ends and was for the most part satisfying, Bruce and Jason's relationship wa left hanging IMO especially when Jason was nowhere to be found after the explosion.

No Kevin Conroy? No Mark Hamill? I might rent this instead of buying it

Don't let the absence of both Conroy and Hamill stop you buying this DVD or Blu-ray, it is by far one of the most solid, well-told and well thought-out Batman media out there right now. I must say that IMO "Under the Red Hood" might be better than TDK, mostly because of its much tighter story and great dialogue, of which TDK IMO had a little too preachy dialogue.

Long story short, BUY THIS MOVIE!!

I want a damn series with these voice actors, animation, art style and writing after watching this movie (on blu-ray). :3
