Bad Order Experiences Thread

We see this enough invading other threads, now it has a thread of it's own. Come here to discuss bad experiences with selling, buying, trading, shipping, receiving the like... Feel free to whine and complain. THIS is the spot for it.

Luckily, I have yet to have a bad experience with an online shop...as I tend to gather as MUCH info about that particular shop as I can before making an order.

Though i've heard some pretty bad thing with Toys N Joys...from what I've heard: Ordering from them is pretty much like gambling.

The worst one I've had yet is a package from a friend sent back by those dickless ****s at customs because they said my address did not excist ... My friend checked the package & it was the right address & had to send it back again on my dime!

Cost me $80 for the shipping $40 twice... & the post office wasn't able to do anything about it for some reason either... I hate customs & I hate the post office because they can just screw around like that & there is nothing you can do about it! Like if someone at the post office steals a package you send out & you don't have insurance on it ... What can you do?.. Nothing! Its a joke of a system really

I bought a broken femme from japan toys with EMS shipping. In fact the majority of my ryuga and femme sets were broken till I was able to find two unbroken ones from the three sets I bought. On the bright side I was able to sell the spare parts off to collectors for repairs.

Y'know, I actually imported a few games with play Asia...and I never encountered problems like that...my stuff arrived without any hassle.

Well, I'm from the Philippines and customs here sucks... They taxed me 100% of the value on my toy... I can even buy one FiguArts from that amount...
I'm currently having problems on how will I get my free toys shipped from HLJ....

My first package was SHF Kuuga Amazing Mighty, it arrived in my letter box. When I opened it, the top part of the SHF box was bended in as the letter box was too small to fit the box, the postman pushed it in forcefully :shakefist.
