Unless you live in an area where there is some law that you MUST tip, tips are optional even if you get great service. I mean it's nice to leave a tip, but you there should be no reason you are forced to.

why... did the police do that... I'd think they would be smarter... I see a whole lot of people including the police getting sued on this :S I'd hate to get some sort of police file because of something like this too
