Man, the show explained that Emperor Form is Kiva's ORIGINAL form. Therefore him using it all the time is merely using his original/true powers instead of the suppressed Kiva Form.

thanks guys i might have to watch the series over again to grasp the concept of ultimate form but i understand why it wasnt used much. rising ultimate was like ssj4 goku really didnt need it but it was cool to watch

Very true and if you see that Kabuto Grongi changing weapons and stuffs... Well, this proves it. Kuuga is a Kamen Rider version of a Grongi.

But they don't even call him "Kamen Rider". No one ever has. They just call him "Kuuga"...well, the Grongi anyway. I don't remember if Godai calls himself Kamen Rider.

Hey! What about Kamen Rider Blade? Won't he be added as well? Afterall, Blade is 100X better than Faiz and Ryuki combined.

Reasons:
-Skull Man essence? Check! (Revenge is around as Tachibana defeated one of the Big Bads of the show for his girlfriend Sayoko's death.) [side note: Dang! I am a troper now :shakefist]
-Bike Scenes? Check! (Blade VS Chalice bike scene is enough to prove this.)
-Mercy towards the young ones? Check! (Hajime proves this to you.).
-Well distributed character development? Check! (After the Tiger Undead's sealing, Mutsuki gained such improvements.)
-Darkness all over? Check? Yup! (After all of the years of being a KR fan, this is one of the darkest KRs in Heisei history)

If you're talking about Blade the Rider then yes, he definitely deserves to be a Kamen Rider especially with what happened in the final episode. If you're talking about his companions then no way in hell man.

And IMO Ryuki is a bonafide Kamen Rider himself. He was the only Rider to go around trying to stop the Rider Fight, and which Rider do you know went out the way he did saving a little girl?

Ryuki as a character? Yes! I admit that he is and the same goes to his American counterpart but his fellow "V-Buckle powered Riders" are not in general.
The other Rider I know who saved a lil' girl is none other than Undead Kamen Rider Chalice Hajime Aikawa. Wait, we can also count Agito and even Gills for they saved children back in the Agito series. Oh dratz! If my memory serves me right... Even Den-O himself did one or three.

I think that if Yuusuke used other forms as his main, would it eventually evolve into its amazing form, i.e Amazing Dragon, Pegasus & Titan, then when it becomes ultimate, he'll use a black & gold version of their weapons.
